A truly AWFUL App
Living in Barcelona, I'm forced to use Vueling and this useless App. A few issues:
1) You are not allowed to use the App with a VPN. When the world is fighting against online scammers and VPNs are a defense against this, why doesn't Vueling let you use a VPN. How else can we ensure our CC details are safe?
2) The App is slow and often times out
3) The App doesn't store your personal details when it comes to checking in. So, every time you check in via the App (or website) you have to resubmit ALL your details from phone number through to passport details. Every other airline stores this information (including Ryanair), why doesn't Vueling.
If it weren't for the fact that Vueling is responsible for most of the flights out of Barcelona, I would NOT use this App let alone airline.

Crappy website
I picked my date of flight and once I paid and confirmed it changed the date. So annoyed!!! If they can tell that I’m purchasing from other country they should go off our time not theirs. Not happy customer. It does not allow you to verify flight info or names before making purchase.

Do not fly!
If you are used to order, on time updates and to get to your gate on time do not fly this airline as it has nothing to do with it, even if you pay high premium for priority boarding or luggage space, nothing work on this airline. Gates are assigned in less than 15 minutes from boarding and the app is useless for updating. There is something wrong with the leadership of this airline and specially the useless app developers

Je trouve très exagéré de faire payer 75 Euros pour une modification que j’ai fait car je m’étais trompé d’1 jour dans la réservation. Merci

Ask me to download older app, and it is not possible to open app, or not working, suggest to update but update is not possible for Ipad air 2

Great app
Very frustrating tech
It’s taken me the whole weekend to book a couple of simple flights. The tech is terrible. First I couldn’t change my login email. Had to create a new account. Then have to email in to delete old account (but only managed to get email address after calling up). Then the system just sends to an error page if you ask to collect Avios with your guest passenger. So have to sign in on another device to get through the glitch. Then I had to rebook several times as couldn’t work out what baggage was included (summary doesn’t tell you). And finally when I paid apparently there was a glitch on the system so have to check if I get a confirmation in the next 12 hours or call up again. Never again.
