  • Glitches since the latest update

    Ever since the last update there are words on top of words and when I scroll down to view accounts, it gets stuck and won’t scroll back up to top of page. Everything worked great before the update.
  • My Bank

    I’ve been with this bank since it took over from Sumitomo. I’m will continue to keep an account here even though I have moved away. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Thanks to all.
  • Deposits

    Deposits are frustrating
    1. On the first of every month I have several checks to deposit. It normally takes 2-4 tries to complete each. I am using one of you provided deposit endorsement stamps.
    2 the notices for whether the deposit was accepted or not look far too much alike. There are a dozen or more words and the only difference is the 2 characters “un” that are hard to see at the end of the second line
    Instead the first word to be seen on the notice should be either
    Successful or
    Unsuccessful
    on line by itself. After that, place whatever text you want.
    It looks like it was designed by a computer programmer not a customer communication professional

  • Works great

    I didn’t think to write a review until now, because the app just works. I’ve been using it for my business regularly for years and I’ve seen improvements in the mobile check deposit reliability.

  • The worst banking app I’ve ever used

    If you spent more than $100 building this app you spent 100 times too much.

    To have one app for business and personal and have to switch from one to the other by entering all new info is idiotic. Couldn’t be a worse banking app.

    The worst banks on the planet like B of A and Well Fargo have operational east to use apps. One of the best customer service banks I’ve ever found degrades itself with an app like this. Ridiculous!

  • I love my bank!

    California Bank and Trust customer service is always superb no matter what location I go to. I feel like my money is very safe there and their online banking via the app or computer is very safe and easy to navigate. I love my bank!!

    I have banked with many banks over the last 50 years.

    I have been heartily disappointed in all UNTIL I was referred to California Bank and Trust!

    The hard working, committed and knowledgeable employees of this bank coupled with the bank’s policies and procedures are above and beyond providing the best customer experience in banking!

    I urge everyone to go to California Bank and Trust and just talk to them. Best decision I have ever made for my banking needs!

  • Login issue

    I have personal and business accounts. Now that we only have the one app for both, it’s a problem. Face ID only logs me into my personal account, even when I’ve selected business. Company ID and user name don’t save so I have to type them in every time. Yes, I’ve checked the box to ‘remember’ many, many times. Very inconvenient.

  • Terrible Bank

    The bank made an address change to its local branch and cancelled auto-payments I had scheduled. (They can’t tell what is their own branch? Or notify me before cancelling a scheduled payment?) The delay in payment cost me interest. I asked that the few days of interest the delay caused be reimbursed. Spent hours on the phone with their call center. They said they would reimburse me, but it has been two months and it hasn’t hit my account.
