Mobile deposit can be glitchy
Trying to make a mobile deposit can be very frustrating. Some checks require multiple attempts before it is accepted. The app will say my check isn’t endorsed properly or that the dollar amount entered does not match the check. Eventually, it will accept it after multiple time consuming attempts.customer1133557799

Check photos
The pictures kept getting turned down until I turned on the flash in the upper left corner. You also need to leave a good border of blank space around the check to get the full check to appear within the photo border for deposit.
Gave it several try’s. It finally worked.
Love being able to make deposits with out driving to the bank! Very very handy.

Other bank apps take the photo of the check automatically, when they determine that the image is clear and complete. Giving the user the option of retaking the picture is superfluous if the image is already acceptable.kj simon

Update not that good
Update Aug 2021: It’s still horrible, nothings changed and if anything it got worse.
Should have left this bank.
Still need a feature that you can turn your card off if you can’t find it like with other bank apps. Why would they not make this part of their new updated app???? Takes longer to load now also. Too many clicks to get stuff done. Might have to stop using this bank, they recently got rid of deposit slips so now at the drive-through it’s more time for each transaction and the back and forth of the capsule for sign this sign that etc. Deposit slip was one and done. So new app plus new banking protocols makes it hard to stay.Show lessHilhanes
Not Very User Friendly
I always have to make several attempts to make my mobile deposits. Other banks have automatic photos. Very frustrating as with all your settings and applications and even maneuvering around the website. Please adjust again. Great app to deposit checks
I’m happy that I don’t need to mail deposits to the bank anymore. The app is fast and simple, and money is deposited into my account quickly. I’d like it if the error codes were to be more user friendly and tell me specifically the exact reason why it “rejects” my deposits sometimes rather than making me figure out. However, I’ve successfully figured out all the quirks by now, so it gets 5 stars for deposits. I’ve also used the app to make transfers between accounts, check balances, view copies of paid checks, pay bills, and basically do everything banking I need, except withdraw cash.Show lessCzarina Misty
