This app is rubbish , i placed one order and it was duplicated. Because i have my card added i was billed twice. And what ever i was trying to do it kept showing me something went wrong .. and endless error messages
I ended up with duplicate order and paid delivery twice !!! Tried to raise it with customer service on the app then my request was closed saying they called me and i didn't pick up.
Never add your card!!!
why would any one order same order twice at the same exact minutes and pay delivery twice! I am even talabat pro member but this membership is only another way for stealing your money as they say many restaurants and grocery stores are not included anyway
Call the restaurants it is always cheaper and safer.
I will not use this app again i guess

Took forever to contact to the agent for support and once it’s reduce my money twice for one order and repetitively missing my food order. The app shown that the food was delivered how ever there was no food ever deliver to my door step. After contacting their customer support all they can do is to refund and give an apologies. There’s never a compensation for my time that I’ve been waiting for 2hrs just for a food delivery. Try Talabat app and you’ll know what a horrible food delivery is like.Show lessMey 0101

So apparently if you order with Talabat without having a local number, they call you but the call doesn’t get through so you get no notification, if the driver sends messages you don’t get notified at all, you don’t get notified that your order has arrived in any other way and so they cancel your order. If you take notice of this and try calling the driver they tell you it’s out of their hands and that you should re order, furthermore, the number you initially used gets blocked since u didn’t pick up. Try contacting customer support and u’ll be faced with only one option “where is my refund”. Like… sorry for using your app, won’t happen again.

Disregard all the bot comments giving a 5-star with 2 words.
In reality, the app sucks. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Ever since downloading this app, I’d have to put in a complaint for almost every order because something is always wrong.
And the customer service representatives who reply to my complaints are bots. Same copy pasted messages. I could say that my entire order never showed up and they’d still do nothing. This app is a joke. There are better options, trust me.Show lessPremuim Spotify

My order is late you have no number to call the online chat is not working and when I contacted the restaurant they were extremely rude. I now have no food and haven’t gotten a refund or anything.Poolio88

Terrible app, it shows the restaurants that will deliver to me, claims they’ll take under an hour, 2 hours later I use the app to try and find out where my food is. I’m told it’s my fault because I used a restaurant far away!? Then I’m lied to, told it’s nearly here. But I can look on the app and the riders location is still at the restaurant. Disgusting customer services, and the app should only show me restaurants near my home. But also, using this app, every single order is always wrong. Not sure if that’s the app or the restaurants fault. But either way, customer services never help.Show lessGaz Watson
