Buyer be ware.

Can’t contact customer support through the app. No support email or phone number. I ordered 3 items 2 of which were out of stock, instead of getting a refund I received credit that is valid for 1 year. I do not want credit. Customers should have the option to get a refund through the original payment method or credit. Talabat makes it impossible to contact any support much less getting a refund.

SCAMMERS

This is actually the worst company ive ever experienced with. I said a total of exactly 11 times in talabat support that i dont want the stupid voucher. I want ALL my money back in Talabat credits. The customer service is trash. 2 workers called me and they said they will solve the issue but they literally did NOTHING. AND I MEAN IT. I want all my money back or else I will file a formal complaint against you guys. You guys only gave me less than half of what I paid for. I want ALL my money back. I want it in TALABAT CREDITS NOT VOUCHER. This is really stupid, extremely embarrassing, unprofessional and unnecessary coming from a company like you. You guys should use your brain for it function properly. I said I want my money in talabat credits! Why are you guys sending me the exact same message copied-and-pasted every time in the talabat support?!!!!!!!!! Not to mention that their drivers are literal thieves who steal change from me every time I pay cash. The drivers also have no sense of common sense, a driver once literally ENTERED my HOME!! I would give 0 star if I could! TALABAT GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND STEP UP YOUR GAME!

Needs fixing

There has always been “technical difficulties” whenever dealing with issues with my order and does not ever submit an error. Cannot call any line as there is no contact number and a although they claim you can contact through live chat there is no option for it on the app so no way to contact anyone about any issues. The individual stores themselves also say they cannot do anything if anything incorrect is sent and have to go through talabat but again no form of report or communication through the app so endless cycle. Such a shame I never review on apps but felt I had to come and write this as it has terrible issues that need to be fixed.

Not resolving the issue

Send missing item from a set such I am not able to purchase separate, and they closed the case many time without resolving and contacting .

Cart issue

I cannot add things to my cart for some reason I get an error saying try again later, please fix this for me I use this application to send my wife food :(
