Whereโs the customer service???
My order is late you have no number to call the online chat is not working and when I contacted the restaurant they were extremely rude. I now have no food and havenโt gotten a refund or anything.
Terrible
Terrible app, it shows the restaurants that will deliver to me, claims theyโll take under an hour, 2 hours later I use the app to try and find out where my food is. Iโm told itโs my fault because I used a restaurant far away!? Then Iโm lied to, told itโs nearly here. But I can look on the app and the riders location is still at the restaurant. Disgusting customer services, and the app should only show me restaurants near my home. But also, using this app, every single order is always wrong. Not sure if thatโs the app or the restaurants fault. But either way, customer services never help.

My budget was 20 aed I wanted to buy twister AND WHY DO I HAVE TO PLQCE MY BUDGET 23 aed and delivery fee so much I hate this app I recommend other

Too many updates
Too many updates tells me they have a lot of bugs which they donโt address immediately. Frequent updates are not a good sign of application stability and security.
Convenience at its best
Good food choices and always arrives undamaged and warm
Suggestions to make the app more convenient:
Opening & closing hours for restaurants!! This would be extremely helpful if added the app!
I find myself waiting for a restaurant or grocery store to open not having the slightest clue when that might be, i even googled and no results. Putting opening & closing hours for restaurants would be a huge help.
I hope the developers take this suggestion into consideration :)
