This app seems really well put together and easy to use, however; it would be great if there were more locations available outside of the 3 countries above. I’m not sure if this is something I did wrong or if I’ve missed something, but some more country selection would be great! Easy to use
I have had a good experience using this app for Eurostar. I was able to purchase my ticket plus choose my seat very easily. Also I like the opportunity to discover information about the trains before traveling.walkernyc
Easy app, good information
This app made planning a train ride from London to Paris very easy. It also provided current updates on the strike in Paris and details for which trains were cancelled.LJKOIS

No Problems
Storing my ticket on my phone instead of holding a paper ticket is very new to me. Loading up this app and loading my tickets on my phone was a breeze!Sheriff48
It worked for a while, but not any more
This app used to work, but now after I have entered my booking details, it only shows the details of the trains and says the tickets have been added. But in actual fact there is no mobile tickets, barcodes, or the buttons to add them to Wallet I even tried deleting the app and starting over. No luck.
Update: unfortunately the response from developer does not make much sense to me. I always take the 16:31 London - Paris and 7:13 Paris London trains. The tickets are bought by my client via SNCF. Therefore I do not believe the route should be a problem. Before you say “it’s because it was bought via third party”, I must emphasise that it USED TO WORK. I take the same trains many times a year, every time the tickets have been bought for me by my clients via SNCF. Over the past two years I have always downloaded the tickets to my mobile. Eurostar app for mobile phones is really a big help for the Eurostar customers. Everything including the travel tickets, the seat selection, as well as other amenities on the trains, are at the customers’ fingertips. No need to carry hardcopies of the tickets or other related information.Kedar Risbud

An improvement but still needs improvement
The recent versions of the previous app didn't download travel agent bookings - a major failing. While this seems to have been fixed, it still cannot cope with a journey to Brussels that say starts at Ashford and returns to Ebbsfleet. This is poor - if the BA app can do similar then why can't Eurostar? It's the same on the website - yet it is possible to make the booking and get paper tickets. Doesn't seem to be rocket science, just a simple extension of functionality. Of course the problem would also be solved if Eurostar simply ran more Brussels trains that stop at Ashford... and yes the statistics will be biased in favour of Ebbsfleet given I am often forced to travel there (and then back to Ashford on Southeastern).Show lesseuro_boy

App is very easy to use , I booked family tickets for London to Paris and back through Travel Agent. and I downloaded App and enter the Booking reference number and every details popped up. Amazing App.Malik Sabir
