Eurostar App is great!
Have your tickets and all up to date info on your phone. No need to print tickets. A very useful app to have.
Date Error Beware
When making a booking and selecting your dates, once the fare selection screen displays, it displays one day earlier than what you entered and you can easily book the wrong day/date unless changing the date again in the date bar above on the fare selection screen. This happens when booking from USA - not sure if it happens when making the booking from Europe. Beware and double check. Eurostar please fix. App otherwise is very well done.

Easy to book and use
I have used the app several times to find and book train tickets. It has been quite easy to do and the tickets pop up in the app and are easily added to my Apple Wallet.
Appalling non functional app, Eurostar incompetence
Eurostar give you a set of completely nonsensical directions regarding having your ticket on your mobile. They continually say you can do this, fail on every occasion to tell you how, and then when you going through their joke of a website all it does is email you. At no point is there a ticket viewable on their app, and nowhere on their website or in app does it show you how you might find this. To make things worse, Eurostar, to round out their array of incompetence and deception, tell you you cans imply print tickets out at the station if you were unable to at home. No, you canβt. When you arrive at the station, this does not work and the stafff will only at this point, just before you have to leave, tell you they canβt print it out as it you βchose to printβ. So Eurostar for some reason only know to themselves ensure you have one opportunity to choose whether to print tickets at home or at the station, then make it impossible for you to change this later, when you are in desperate need of doing so. Itβs an imbecilic and pathetic policy. I only managed to travel by refusing to move from the line in the Eurostar office until they gave me the ticket I had paid a lot fo money for, and was promised I could simply get at the station. Useless, awful company.

When you add a booking, it is stored on the Your Bookings screen. What happens when you tap that button?
