    I’ve been a member at Bayport for the last 2 1/2 years and my experience has been nothing but good customer service is great. I love the easy access app and I would consider recommending Bayport to anyone in need of a real financial institution. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to write this review.

  • Timing out

    The app is great in every way except one it times you out too fast . I like keeping a paper record because some transactions take time to show up on the app and I can be in the middle of checking the paper version to the app and it will boot me out and it is aggravating having to sign in multiple times to get it done. Please extend the time before it boot you out

  • Inability to mobile deposit

    I have a credit card there and would love to mobile deposit my payment into my savings and transfer to my card. I live in SC and cannot get to a branch to make deposits. It use to be that a credit union was much better to members than banks are to customers but not anymore. I’d say you definitely have a lack of quality member service. I never missed a car payment when I had 1 through you and have never been late on my credit card payment except perhaps when my bill pay check didn’t get through the mail even though it was authorized way ahead of time.

    I dislike the number of fees I get when transferring money. Also I received a fee when I transferred money from my money market to my checking account and did not have enough money to cover the transfer fee. This is what is driving me to go to another banking institute.
  • Check deposit hold

    Every time I deposit a check, the bank holds it for days and only releases a small portion every couple days. The full amount doesn’t get released until almost a week later…. That’s unacceptable. When I deposit a check, I need that full amount of my money at that time. And BayPort didn’t used to do this. I could deposit a check and the whole amount would appear. More recently, this hold has been happening and it’s not good.

    I had the best experience at the branch in Chesapeake va on old Taylor road. Lasanda and Calandra were the best of the best. My experience was easy and fast. Calandra
    Is warm and welcoming. Lashonda suggested accounts that fit my needs. Will be a customer for the rest of my life.
  • I mean it’s ok. Too many “Alerts/Offers”

    Just give me a banking app that tells me my details. Not 3-4 offers a week

    I love the service I receive at the Williamsburg branch. I also like the you have a calculator on your webpage. Makes it easier to balance my checkbook.
  • Fix camera rotation for check deposit !

    It’s been over a month and you can’t deposit checks through the app. The camera will not open and rotate
  • Issues

    It no longer seems to work with iPhone to deposit checks. The camera hangs up and you have to completely close the app. Their is no real way to reach out for app support.
