Zero stars if I could. Way to take a great app idea and ruin it.
Use to Love it
I use to love Zulily before it changed. I ordered from there lots. I live in Canada and can’t order from there anymore. Very disappointed. But it’s also changed and doesn’t have as many options anymore.

May be good if you live there but no delivery outside the U.S. leaves many former fans behind
New update is such a disaster!
I’ve been shopping and using the Zulily app and website for years now. Without a doubt, this new update was completely unnecessary and disappointing. Don’t fix what isn’t broken! They just set the customer/user experience back by about a decade. “My Favourites” list has been ruined, lost the majority of my saved items and also ALL of the brands that I had saved as favourites have disappeared all together… not a cool move. It’s also difficult to find the name of the brand for some items… the brand name either appears above the detailed item description or you might have to click a size guide to see the brand info… like what? Also, sometimes you can click through to see other items from the same brand but sometimes you can’t click through… so frustrating. Lastly, WHERE IS MY WAITLIST?!? Please tell me that removing that feature wasn’t intentional and that it will be restored… sigh. I guess I won’t be holding my breath. Never had a single issue and negative experience with Zulily. The shopping experience was always delightful and the customer service was top tier. Not sure it will continue to be one of my “go to” sites for shopping anymore. So so sad!

Recent App change is not my favorite
I’m a long time Zulily customer and have been through App changes before. The recent change is difficult for me to navigate. I find the full screen screen pictures of anything you drill down to, to be overwhelming. I’ll still shop here, but I’m not a fan of this new look App.

Ive been ordering with Zulily for years and it’s fun and easy. The few times there has been a mixup or concern, it’s dealt with quickly, nicely and very much to my satisfaction.
Bad changes
This is bad. All my favourites are gone. Searching for something is now so complicated. I used to categorize my search and narrowing it down with the links under the items I like. It is now impossible to do that.

Update broke the app
I lost all of my favourite list….gone. Pictures of products are HUGE, when I can see anything at all. Now the app loads with no pictures or words at all then crashes. Disappointing.
