Sometimes works, sometimes not
The app, when it works, is great. But it is quite buggy. Whenever there is a bug, the app says to “try later,” which is stupid, because it will never work, even later. Booking rooms is easy enough. Modifying reservations and mobile key are the most questionable parts of the app.

Best Hotel App Ever!
I LOVE Marriott Bonvoy. Been with them for 1 year. Best app ever to search and book for hotels no matter where you go. Best hotel point system that I have ever used. And it does not take forever if you use the Amex to collect points and get free nights. There is no competition with the competition LOL. Hands down Marriott wins!

Don’t work worth a shoe in Canada
Don’t work in Canada - says add region code but no spot to do so. Doesn’t recognize Canadian postal codes.
