Top notch and great all around

After password switched to subscription model I was less then thrilled that it seemed as though even if you purchased the software out right you were still limited if you were not using the subscription version. I got on Enpass by chance as everyone else was doing subscription. I’m not against subscription models but I feel as though early investors did not sign up for that and should not be penalized because there is a change in company structure moving forward. In comes Enpass, I purchased it for both iOS and Windows and less than a year after doing so they switch to subscription based model. Here we go again or so I thought, not only did Enpass honor my early adoption purchase but they do not skimp on the features either moving forward. The app is so good even if I were just now finding out about it I would get it even with a subscription because they do not try to pull the covers out from under you when they I open et any change. This goes a long way. I am so glad to use this app and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid password manager that has all the features that the other guys have and more 😀

Better than Norton or Microsoft

I have been using this app for storage of ALL my private information including photos. It is easy to use and share with another person. My wife and I use it across 2 PCs and 2 Phones to keep our passwords and photos of critical items like passports up to date and synced across all platforms.

I recently had an issue when I moved to a new PC. The problem would not have existed except I kept an old version 5 install when all the platforms had V6. They worked hard with me until it was figured out.

Great value, great service

The lack of “hype” is confusing…

This password manager is dope. I’ve used all of em at some point or another (Lastpass, 1Password, and Bitwarden extensively) and Enpass stands toe to toe with all of them. It’s better in a bunch of ways - clean, snappy, and all locked on-device rather than in the cloud (tho that can be enabled).
The fact that it’s not on any major tech site’s “best of” lists is really bizarre and makes me wonder how legit those reviews are. Also, nobody really mentioning it on social media/Reddit etc makes me feel like I’m in the Truman Show. Because if you use this password manager for 10 minutes you’ll realize how much easier it is to navigate and how much faster it is since it’s all local processing. One would think that, along with the security implications of the data not leaving your phone would make reviewers go full clickbait with their headlines — but I guess it’s just me? Well anyway, I def recommend it

Pretty disappointing that it’s now a subscription app

I’ve been a long time user of Enpass since the early days and recommended it to anyone looking for a password manager.

The big draw are for me was that it was a simple and solid password manager and only required a onetime purchase and for a reasonable price.

I ditched OnePassword because they moved to a leaching subscription model to justify the junk features they kept adding, so it’s pretty sad to see Enpass follow the same route.

Yes you can use the app for ‘free’ and retain your ‘pro lifetime’ status (if you’ve previously purchased Enpass) but you’ll have to now live with the ‘Premium’ features being shoved in your face.
Time for me to move on.

Hi, Regret the inconvenience. We promised that the existing Pro users will continue to enjoy all the Pro features without any additional cost. We will keep on polishing the app with new updates. Furthermore, we will continue to add more Pro features in the future at no extra cost. If you want to use the newly introduced Premium features, then only you have to pay, or you can continue to enjoy all the Pro features without any additional cost. Switched from LastPass and love it

I’ve been a longtime LastPass user but decided to try switching as LP no longer seemed to be well maintained on macOS and I wanted to see if other password managers would have better features. With Enpass it was very easy to transfer my data from LastPass mostly automatically, and I was quickly able to setup sync across all my devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Windows PC). Enpass impressed me with its built-in support of OTP 2FA tokens - LastPass has a separate app for this, which does backup to your LastPass account but is very clunky and not integrated with the rest of LastPass. On the contrary, Enpass shows OTP tokens alongside passwords, and even automatically copies these when logging in for maximum convenience. The tagging system is also better in my opinion than LastPass’s categories - items can have any number of tags, as opposed to a single mandatory category in LastPass - and Enpass also allows archiving old items without deleting them, a feature which I believe is not present in LastPass.

Love this app

We have been using Enpass for years, and are very happy with the ease of use, we have access on all our devises, and it’s fantastic how you can set up access to all your apps that require a password to access directly via Enpass, eliminating the need to remember passwords. Just love it.

Enpass is the real deal.

I’ve used several other password managers and while I’ve got nothin bad to say about them Enpass is the best one in my opinion. For a one time $10 charge I have my passwords and TOTP’s syncing between my iPhone and Mac using ICloud. Runs incredibly smooth with all the features you need and expect from a password manager. Security is second to none. Highly recommended! If I could just simply suggest something to the devs on top of being able to attach pictures to your entries if you provided a little storage for encrypted docs, files etc I would literally pay monthly for something like that! Great product none the less easily 5 stars.

Been using Enpass for several years.

Enpass is part of my life now, I use it all the time and store everything in it.

I settled on Enpass because it encrypts all data locally, I was not comfortable with having all my sensitive data stored in the cloud no matter what I was told.

It’s very intuitive with a short learning curve (that I remember).

I can’t speak highly enough of their support, the odd time I needed assistance it was there within an hour or two.

Great product, great price, would highly recommend.

One of THE essential apps to have

I’ve been a long user of this app. So long ago, it was back when the pro subscription was only 10 dollars! The app back then was rough on the edges, but it had promise. I was looking for a simple and relatively affordable password manager ever since I realized keeping a dusty notepad of passwords was not exactly a good idea (Back then I had like 50 logins). Having faith in the popularity of password managers, I stuck around with this one, even with talks of 1Password, LastPass and others started to show promise.

Fast forward to now, and this app is...unbelievable. I love this app hands down. I use it all the time, personal, work, and just about anything that I need to securely keep. The fact that the company always allowed you to choose where you can store your info as well as avoiding a subscription policy (which now there is one do, BUT the option to go lifetime is STILL a thing) has always made me love this application. The app is not perfect compared to the competitors, (1pass has a nicer editing interface and browser plugin) BUT the things that keep Enpass above them is all of the benefits I mentioned earlier. Those in my opinion, are what really makes Enpass valuable and stand out. And to see them stand strong on those ideas makes me really happy to be a loyal user of their product. Thanks Enpass for the continued support and growth of a phenomenal application!

Great app

This app works really well on every device I have (iPhone, iPad, Windows PCS). I have 100s of entries and IMHO the $40 lifetime fee is more than worth it. You can store the file that keeps your user IDs and passwords in the cloud drive you prefer (e.g. G-Drive, Dropbox, etc.). My one wish/DCR is it would let me create and save a new UID/PW without it closing the record. As it is when you save it closes the record which you then have to search, open it and THEN copy the password it generated. That workflow is less than ideal.
