Incorrect Username/Password
This is after the app working fine for a year after dealing with a recurring issue where the technician key had to be reset weekly just for it to work.
I can’t sign in, but the app will constantly notify me of when tickets are assigned. It needs to be looked at, it is unusable in it’s current state and makes work harder.

We will check the possibilities to send notifications to all technicians if the ticket got assigned to particular group.
