Doesn’t support saml authentication

Doesn’t support saml authentication, so since we changed to saml we can’t use this app anymore ☹️

Bottom buttons cut off

The buttons on the bottom of the screen are cut off and unusable on iPhone 12 pro and iOS 14.2.

Better but still not good

Compared to older versions this one is at least functional and has an ok UI design. However usability is bad, and a lot of features that would be extremely useful on mobile (reply templates for example) are missing. Notifications are unreliable as well. This app can’t really be used to do real work on mobile.

Not supporting in my device i try mani time , received error Mas ..

Broken

After a recent update, I’m unable to pick a group to assign tickets to. I have to assign it directly to a technician. I tried reaching support, but haven’t received a response.

iOS app not updated

The iOS app has not been updated to support iOS 13 or the new screen formats in the iPhone 11 family. Currently button on lower part of screen are barely visible and difficult to select.

Unusable on iPhone 11

The app worked fine on my iPhone 8 when upgrading to iPhone 11 and the bigger screen the button of the app becomes totally garnered and unusable. Will this be corrected or should I look into a different Helpdesk application?

Can you edit assets?

I would like to utilize the barcode feature but it looks like I can't modify assets from the app?

Is this intentional?

UI is horrible on the iPad version. How was this deemed acceptable for publishing?
