Can’t log in
We’re back to the old problems of trying to log in, app stating your user name or password is incorrect, even though it isn’t, which in turn locks you out of the website and you have to reset it all over again. App also needs landscape and dark mode views.
Downhill fast
I have been using the app to manage my accounts going on 5 years now since i opened my account with FCCU. This app went from pretty reliable and a stable way to check my accounts, to the most egregious headache to navigate and use i’ve ever been forced to use. Ever since it updated to the new design i’ve only been able to use the app successfully maybe 3 times. It hasn’t been signing me in using face id or my password and just saying ‘try again’. It frequently crashes when i attempt to send money, switch between tabs, open the app, or try to sign in. This app went from a pretty decent convenience to an active drain on my mentality whenever i have to do anything with it. It is by far the most unstable app i have ever used and it’s turned into an active inconvenience i dread to have to use when i need to send money off to pay bills or even check my account. —-
Shortly after i wrote this review i went to double check the app just in the off chance it miraculously started working. I can now no longer even sign in. Period. The app loads the ‘Hello —— Welcome back!’ And a box that says ‘Try Again’ that when you click, does a swirl and literally nothing else. The app is quite literally unusable for me anymore.

Having the same trouble!!!
This app is not the one I downloaded…that one disappeared and I can’t do anything with it…Cg
Needs landscape and dark mode
This new version would be better with autorotate to landscape view and dark mode or at least a darker background. I work on a tablet with an external keyboard and having to rotate it to check my account is annoying. Also, the stark white background is kind of painful on the eyes.
I liked the FICO score feature until it broke. Unlike others, I haven’t used the mobile check deposit, so can’t speak to that. As far as the transfer between accounts from within the account itself (be it checking, savings, etc), for myself it isn’t the most intuitive, but I’m getting used to it.

Previous Version Much Better
The most recent update took a perfectly simple-to-use and helpful app and turned it into a banking nightmare. Nothing works as it should and the layout isn’t as user friendly as it once was. Even when they get the bugs worked out, the new payout is inferior to the previous one and I hope they revert back.

Go back to old version
I’ve used this app for year and ever since they updated it crashes. I can’t move money from one account to the other. I can’t transfer funds from my sons account to mine to pay for his bills. This has become a problem for us to pay things on time because I have to go another route now. Go back to the old version this one is terrible.

But why???
The new update is not good…at all. It barely works half the time and I hate having to log in constantly. I miss the app before the update when you just had the quick view page automatically without having to swipe right (considering the “secret” door thing doesn’t even work) like seriously why change something that wasn’t broken. Especially now that the new thing is actually broken in multiple ways…

Money Transfer isn’t working
This app worked beautifully before this new upgrade. The biometrics keeps saying I have to enable it every time I log in. I’m trying to do a personal transfer and it shuts off as soon as I get the fields typed in. I’m not very happy with this upgrade at all!!
Update not working
Have been trying to mobile deposit with update and it is not working. App runs extremely slow and is difficult to maneuver. What should have taken a few minutes has been a painstaking half hour and I haven’t accomplished anything. Please fix.
