No longer works

New update - no longer can can deposit a check on my iPad. Device not recognized. I’m also getting error messages from my phone when trying to deposit a check.
Not a good deployment from a credit union

New Update is terrible

Prior to the rollout of the UI update last week everything worked fine. This new updated has now stunted the ability to login, stay logged in, and the app itself won’t even register any credential information. Constantly met with the “there was an error try again later” this needs to be fixed or reverted entirely.

Mobile deposit

Mobile deposit doesn’t work, it just has a time out error

Works well with some minor annoyances!

This is a pretty good upgrade! The app has a bunch of new features and is really sleek looking! Only downsides is that there are a bunch more error messages when trying to navigate normally. Which the original app had none of. Iron out the kinks and this is a big improvement!

Terrible update

I don’t know what this bank was trying to accomplish with the recent app change, but they failed miserably. It is NOT user friendly, so many more steps to do simple tasks, like bill pay. If you are thinking about coming to this bank, I wouldn’t for sake of this app. Find a bank that actually cares about your time. This is not it. Try again.

New update won’t allow me to mobile deposit.

Every time I try to use the mobile deposit it won’t let me deposit my checks, all it says is error. This needs to be fixed.

What the??

What in the world did you do to this app? Prior to the UI update, it was totally functional. It did what it needed to, at the base level, which is all I need from my banking app. It was kinda ugly yes, but it worked and that is what mattered.
The UI update made it pretty yes, but it has destroyed the ability to even look at my accounts. When I logged in for the first time, it worked fine. The second time, it doesn’t show anything in my accounts. It errors out when I try to open another page. The THIRD time I logged in, it doesn’t do anything at all. It says “Accounts” with an “OK” button under it. Uh, no NOT OK, I can’t even use the application for its #1 use. Terrible, I hope the devs fix this quick, and I hope whatever project manager was in charge of this understands that it’s better to ship a functional product late than to ship a half-baked one at all.

What happened?

I had this app for months and it worked completely fine, I was even using it this morning before I updated it. I keep trying to login and it does nothing. Doesn’t leave the log in page… it just repeatedly has a pop-up that says “account” with a tab that says “OK” where it wants you to tap. Sometimes it even says “Settings” with the same “OK” tab.
When I kept trying it now tells me “ there was a problem logging you in, try again later”.
What the heck?!
The new interface looks lovely, definitely an upgrade from the last, but pointless if you can’t even use it.

Perhaps it’s better?

So far I’ve only just logged in and it seems to work a lot better than it used to. The layout of everything is better and it runs smoother. I’ll leave another review later on to see if it still works better.

I do like the addition of the make cents option 👍

Useless most of the time

I get so frustrated not being able to open the app either by facial recognition or by entering my login. The only reason I use this bank is because it’s a Credit Union but I’m beginning to think I should try a different one.
