English version has no Store!
Now that the website has no store and it’s only available on mobile app... but, only if you have the Chinese version of app. No store for English version. Makes it difficult to use frequent flier points!ajbull88
Total waste of time
When I signed up for this app it made me put in a password when I try to sign into the app it asked me to use a pin of numbers so of course it doesn’t match the password that it asked me to set up when you go to recover your password it tells you to put in a 6 to 10 digit password but will not except it no matter how many digits you use this app is a total waste of time customer service does not bother to answer your questions they just make rubbish invalid excuses total waste of time would’ve thought more of an airline of this size it concerns me that if they can’t get something as simple as this sorted what else can’t they do correctly 😱Show lessMr average007

Terrible interface
The user interface is terrible and years behind other international carriers. Website design is even worse. Misleading information is provided and if you ever make a mistake using this terrible app, do not expect the airline to provide any assistance other than asking you to pay more.JD WGTN
Worse than useless.
Much worse than CA. 1 No app logo on iPad 2 Cant alter anything on apps and can’t use apple wallet to save the flight pass 3 login and logout again and again without bio-certification function and just feel so tired to complaint anymore.JNetworkcn

This app is hard to use. China Southern has very poor service. Its loyalty program is no better than no-existent. Its flights always delay. And ground support is NONE. Do not take its flight at ANY COST.GaiusHuang
