Can’t Use App
Used this app for several years & now NOTHING. I have all Apple products not to mention I live in northern CA. I cannot make a deposit & this is an account we use for my husband’s business. All we get is “sorry for the inconvenience”. Unacceptable
New app is unresponsive
The app looks nicer than the previous, but it just sits there spinning while trying to process my login. I’ve only been able to use it once.
When PSCU decided to close the only San Francisco branch I thought it would not be a big deal since I did most of my banking using the app. However, since the new app does not work, I am transferring to SF Fire Credit Union. PSCU can’t seem to react quickly to problems its customers face.

Mobile Managing Your Money. NOT!
Ever since the most recent app revamp. This app has gone to the crapper. It constantly locks me out on the the first attempt login when opened. “Try again later” must be the new slogan! When I call in and wait in hold for support. After 15mins. That’s what they tell me also. Or, they say, use the unlock option. And when I do. The very next time I attempt to login. I am prompted with “Try again later!”
If you plan on putting money in this bank. Don’t plan on monitoring via mobile!!!

New update is trash
Since they changed it all around it’s been terrible constant freezes and glitches also if I view a check image there should be a back button when I’m looking over my expenses and I want to view a check it shouldn’t have to start over in my list
Unable to connect
I have not been able to connect to the mobile app in the last 24 hours. When I have been able to connect, it’s been incredibly slow. Bad user experience

Nothing but issues with the new update. Really slow if it even works. Haven’t been able to log into it for a week!

Had many many critical problems with this app in the past. Not ok problems to have in this industry.
This update looked promising, though I still can’t even get past the login screen. If anything the app moves slower now.

No longer functional?
Used this for years, unhappily but made it work. Now we get an error message saying we can no longer make mobile deposits from the app. Given we live a distance from an ATM, we resent losing this function. Might have to change, after 30 years of membership. Sad thing to drive away customers.
