It takes a village

One of the best things that I am very grateful for is this bank. From the loan officers like Sonia and Randy to the member service team they have definitely helped me to be the best version of myself I can be, and they continue to help me, it would be my advice for you to look into this bank, beyond the shadow of doubt they are awesome

HUGE improvement!!

While I had always recommended Pacific Service Credit Union to family and friends, I never told them that app was archaic. Not anymore! It has gotten a complete overhaul and is great! Incredibly fast and functional. There literally now is no reason not to join PSCU, now. They're the best! ❤️

SLOW UPDATES

Every time I make a mobile purchase, it displays as pending on my transactions for sometimes almost a day. Its keeps happening and I keep overdrawing my card because of it. It has been happening every since the new update and at first I thought it was just my connection, but no matter where I went on service or Wi-Fi it never loaded correctly. Please fix this ASAP.

Pay Bills-NOT

I love that I can deposit a check but not happy that I can’t see what bills are due so I can pay them. It would be nice if there was a new bill alert or at least a notification on the main page when tha app opens….like a 1,2 or 3 in red on top of the Bill Pay wording, otherwise you have to go all the way into bill pay to check everyday. Also, the app is very slow opening (loading) and changing from on screen to another.

Thank you for your feedback. We're close to releasing an update to our app that includes a new and improved bill pay experience that will allow you to not only pay your bills but manage due dates, payees and a lot more.

The FaceID doesn’t work after last update

The app has always been very slow and responsive but after this recent update it attempts to read my FaceID twice and doesn’t login unless I move the camera away from my face on either the first or second attempt. Allowing both attempts gives me an error message saying I entered the wrong user ID or password. This happens even after I have disabled and enabled my FaceID in the profile settings on the PCSU app.

App update bug fix

First off there needs to be ZERO STARS!!!
App update bug fix is a joke it should be app update putting bugs!! The app worked great until this new update yesterday. I’ve messaged and their response was to delete Face ID and re-install it, never had too before on any update. So I did n to no prevail it still does the same. Double Face ID recognition and says no accounts are associated with this ID. THE LAST REP ON MESSAGES WAS RUDE AND GIVING ME THE BRUSH OFF!! Idk who they think they work for, if not for us members they’d have no job!!! I have screenshots of the messages.

Great Service

I’ve been a loyal member since 2013, and I have to say this Credit Union is the Best!! Great customer service, responsive and very friendly. They’re always there for you when you have any issues or concerns!!!!! I highly recommend this Pacific Service Credit Union!!! Thank you all for what you do!😊

So convenient

Out of town on a little vacation and transferring money from one account to another online was a snap. As an elder, the easier to do these things is really appreciated.

Love the on line banking. Easy to use on my PC or smartphone on the go.

Worst app ever

There website is unfriendly user so I thought that app might be better but it same like website very bad to use it . I am wondering because the company working in financial services can not get nice website or app
