  • I like it me than I expected but

    I used another app for a while that I really, really liked, but switched to Glooko when I started using the Omnipod5 insulin pump and songs things carry over that did not with the other app.
    I was skeptical about how I would like it but am pretty satisfied except for a couple of "wish list" items:
    1. The ability to label certain foods as favorites.
    2. List foods in alphabetical order.
    3. Ability to change the measurement type of a good or drink - for instance, some beverages are listed by the can - it would be nice to be able to change that to ounces within the same selection. As it is you have to find a beverage set up that way.
    4. Make changing amount/quantity easier: I use the app on my ipohone and in Glooko it is very difficult to click on the right side of the number of even select the white number in order to backspace over it. I do not have this problem with other apps.

  • New Omnipod 5

    Started on my Omnipod 5,yesterday, from the Omnipod Dash. Love the automatic mode, and the report on Glooko looks like I probably will see improvements for my A1 C. That’s my goal to get my A1C under 7, presently running 7.2 down from 9.7 18 months ago when I started on the Dash system.

  • Won’t integrate and stay connected

    The latest update of Glooko app will not connect or HOLD a connection with my Dexcom G6 sensor. Keep deleting device form website profile and from the app and try reconnecting. I get to the point where I get to select the Dexcom G6 in the Glooko app and log into my Dexcom acct. Then it says I’m connected and then turns around and drops the connection again. Now I’m getting a dialog box saying that the device I’m trying to connect is NOT COMPATIBLE with the app. WTH! Very very frustrating as this is the o my way my Dr can see my data and make insulin pump recommendations.

  • Sync

    Haven’t been able to automatically sync since august. Called several times. Never fixed.
  • Lack of support

    Not too fond of this app. I have it set up for almost a month and my doctors office still can’t seem any of my numbers despite them being in my pro connect area. I have tried to find a number to call someone to figure it out and have not seen anything except written directions. Frustrating that there isn’t anyone to talk with. Unless I can get this fixed the App is worthless. Not recommended.

  • Unable to sync data

    I am unable to sync data for my Omnipod 5 with Glooko. My Omnipod 5 controller device is registered as required.

    Guidance from representatives of both Glooko and Podder Central is to select “Diabetes Data” from the Podder Central toolbar to initiate data transfer.

    “Diabetes Data” is not an option on any of my Podder Central screens. Nobody seems to understand why it’s not there.

  • Can’t connect

  • Before/after food tagging broken

    When I try to tag a reading as before or after good it tags another reading instead. Been broken since forever
  • This app is missing a few features

    I’m using this because the Omnipod 5 only sends data to Glooko. The app seems to be missing many functions the web browser has. The apps also only syncs once a day or so. But my reason for the 2 stars os because this needs an update to the Apple Health integration part. Only some devices send data to Apple Health and only some Apple health data is sent to Glooko. For example, although Glooko has my daily insulin and bolts info, this data is not sent to Apple health. Hopefully more Apple Health integration is planned for the future.

  • I wish I didn’t have to subject myself to this app

    On the backend, I’m sure this app is probably helpful to my doctor.

    From a user perspective, I hate this app. For some reason, there are about 8 different passwords stored in my iCloud, none of which actually log me into this steaming pile of software.

    Requesting a password reset takes me back to the 90’s, as I wait… and wait… for a password reset link to show up.

    I should be thankful for all of the progress in treatment. I wish I didn’t dread and hate every moment I’m forced to intersect with Glooko.
