Worthless App

This is an absolutely worthless app. I created an account and added my credit card info. Worked smoothly. Closed the app and tried to log back in. There’s no log-in page. App took me to a page to create an account. A was no drop down menu or anyway to navigate off the account creation page. I figure if I tried to create another account with the same phone number the app will reject the creation of the new account and send me to the sign-in page - which it did. I entered my password, which I saved to auto-fill, and got message that my password was incorrect! Requested an email to change my password. I changed the password but was sent back to the “create account” page! Tried to create an account again to get back to sign-in page but got message I had too many attempts, “come back in one day”. Um, no. I won’t need coming back at all. Complete garbage.

No Canadian phone number working

I’ve tried everything to enter my Canadian phone number in the app. It won’t take it. And you cannot use the app without it. I would guess it’s only a problem for canadian. Useless app.

App sometimes give incorrect information

App doesn’t give correct estimate time of how far the driver is, for example, a driver already arrives at the pick up point, but the app is saying 3 minutes away.

Also, a lot of time the app doesn’t allow to give tips to driver, even though I want to give tip to them straight away.

Sad 1 star due to too many promo ads

I am yet to use this, so can’t rate correctly, but ever since I tried to add my phone number, I have been bombarded with proms/ad text message or emails, that I can’t unsubscribe from or edit in my profile to stop sending me these messages. Please sort

Can’t use USA phone

Tried to register using a USA phone number and keeps saying invalid!

Many function not working

After updating the version, I found that the apps not working properly. It took long time to calculate ETA, cannot call driver, call center option connect to blue bird Bandung, help chat has no one answering. Many features wasted.

Slow dan Banyak bugsnya

Beberapa kali smp double booking dgn asal dan tujuan yg sama krn app nya slow. Pesanan pertama dibilang gagal padahal msh smp k driver, jdlah doble booking. Ga ada warning jg dr sistem waktu second book nya masuk… kt driver ini sering terjadi. Pls fix your app

Takes too long to get Silver Bird

I usually cannot get a silver bird when ordering through the app. It can take anywhere between 10-20 min to maybe get one or not get one at all. Very frustrating. It’s unfortunate that this is the only company that offers more comfortable taxis…

Cannot use GOPAY anymore

Hopefully this is a temporary issue. Cannot use GOPAY as method of payment since 1 March 2023.
