  • Use to be awesome, just badly needs an update

    This app rules when it’s actually working. My phone updated and now sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. When it does work it’s craaaazy slow. So. It’s a dang it for sure. I’d love it if y’all updated the app. Definitely want to stick w this one but idk🤷‍♀️
  • Doesn’t save data on iphone 13

    Really bummed to have spent a good amount of time writing about my days only to have it all be missing. Several times!

    I love that I am able to customize it exactly to my needs!
  • How in the world do we use this

    My therapist suggested I downloaded this app and I did and I had never seen a log so complicated to use. It looks like it has a lot of built in tools. If only I understood what they are for and how to track with them!

    I would like to see more updates like different colors and more organization.
  • Crashes any time I try to open the app

    I bought this app and I cannot open it without it immediately crashing and closing out. Can’t do anything. This is whack
  • Don’t bother!

    The people who wrote this app may know DBT but they don’t know anything about user interfaces. Navigation was completely unintuitive and i could not find some basic functions. I have worked in computer/IT for 40 years, and this is one of the most un-usable apps I have seen. Also, The only way to export diary cards was thru a “generate email” function but that did not work for me. There should be a way to upload the diary PDF to the cloud or another device. My DBT therapist provided an Excel version of the diary card and it’s much less frustrating than this app.

  • Intervals

    SO difficult to tap the up and down arrows to change numbers!
  • Decent App

    Paid for the application and can’t get it to email my diary cards. Filled out the emails and other contact info and selected to have them sent on a certain day. It has yet to do so and will not let me force it in settings. I’ve started just sending screen shots of the cards to the DBT coaches.

    Otherwise the app does the rest of it’s functions well. I like the definitions.

  • Can only log once a day

    Love the customizability, but you can only log one entry per day. The dairy card my therapist gave me logs AM and PM, so this can’t be a replacement for that. I assumed the twice a day entry was standard for this exercise, and wouldn’t have bought the app if I knew. I find logging emotions in the morning and evening is very important.
