  • Dear Developer/Therapist who created this app,

    I get that app development is not your day job. I get that you created something that you thought would be (and is!) helpful. But now things are breaking within the app and you’ve either decided to do nothing or have completely forgotten about us altogether. Or maybe you know we’re frustrated but don’t know how to fix the litany of bugs in your app. That’s understandable. But we did pay for this app, and therefore a certain standard of upkeep is required. If you are not up to that task, I suggest issuing us all refunds and making this a free app. If you aren’t willing to issue refunds and can’t fix the bugs, perhaps hire a developer short-term who can. As it stands, we paid for something that doesn’t fully work, and that is unacceptable.

  • Lots of bugs

    When the app is working correctly, it’s great. However, I’m currently dealing with an issue I’ve had several times in the past where the function to send the diary card to my therapist simply does not work. I have tried sending mine 3 times now and nothing happens.

    Also, the date selector is horribly bugged and does not highlight the dates appropriately in the scrolling menu, and sometimes it won’t let you even select a certain date without automatically scrolling to something different. Looking into using another app at this point because this one has become unreliable. They haven’t released any updates in a year.

  • Frustrated

    Some parts of the app are really helpful: keeping track of emotions and skills, and being able to edit them. However, (1) one of the selling points is emailing the diary card to your therapist, and this feature hasn’t worked, I could email it to my self either. I’ve been sending screenshots to my therapist instead, hence PART of my frustration. (2) I have emailed support twice on the matter without a response, it has been months. (3) I also have questions I want to ask about some of the features like trying to adjust the date on the diary card (since I’m doing it manually), but I can’t; (4) and the colored graphs look really cool except it’s not showing the second page or all the variables. In closing, the above issues aside, I like this app. I like adding time stamped notes with my thoughts and adjusting the categories throughout the day, and the daily alarm to complete it. I hope someone sees this and gets in contact with me and fixes the problems. Peace.

  • Worked well until recently

    I really like this app but unfortunately the last few weeks it won't let me upload and send to my therapist. I don't know what happened but it's says "generating PDF" but then it doesn't. Help!
  • Great tool. Some glitches in dates

    Love the tool. As a therapist I have set about 10 clients with it. Changing dates on diary card does not work though. Seems to be a glitch

    The email function doesn’t work and there isn’t enough information about the tools. It’s useful for tracking your own moods if you have DBT knowledge, but you can’t share the information with your therapist due to the broken email system.

    There is a problem in the calendar that need to be fixed .
  • Not worth it

    The features aren’t anything you can’t get on a free app. The entire design of the thing is clumsy. I actually tried to get tech help from the people who make it and got no answers. Maybe if you have a therapist who’s guiding you through it in a way to make it useful then it works. Otherwise it gives you silly suggestions and doesn’t guide you through anything and frankly DON’T use this if you are needing help or guidance with DBT especially if you’re having a rough time and looking for a tool for coping and using DBT. I wish I could get my money back.

  • Updates and features

    Edit: when I am pressing today’s date it always shows the day before and I cannot fix that issue no matter what. Please, provide some support to the app.

    Hello, the app has helped me a lot, but when I am trying to press on a date it always picking the day before, please fix at least that.... moreover, I believe it needs more features and make the UI smoother and more minimal, playful and enjoyable for the user, like the MoodNotes app. Please I really love the idea of this app and I really hope you will try to improve the UI and add more features. If you need help for ideas about new features and UI design I would be more than happy to help you.
