Best bank app so far!

This is the best bank app I have tried so far. It is fully native, very fast and very responsive. It works fast even in old phones like the iPhone 4. Other bank apps are just wrappers around a web page, this one instead seems like a real app. And it is available in all iTunes Store so no need to switch iTunes stores if you are having a student course abroad. Excellent!

Can be much better!

I have recently joined Santander. And so downloaded the mobile banking app.
Well it's very dull ... I mean I have been banking with another bank while I was living in Australia for the pst 10years (still use that too) and this bank has such a user friendly streamlined and efficient app which is up to date with the technology available today!
For example... Touch ID login for the app, simple swipes to start making transfers... with simpler and clearer steps.
When I login on the Santander app... and it shows "logging in" three times... and then logs in- every time. App has longer processes to get to a certain point. Selecting one option after another for no reason.. you need to condense it.
So yeah... if you guys say that you want to be the best bank in UK... start making your products and services... user friendly, simpler, streamlined and up to date with the technology.

Better than nothing

I'm using this app very often, thanks for developing it. There is no way to contact developers drop the app, so I'll writ here.

* Please let me replace your ultra secure three digit log on with Touch ID
* Logging in requires 2 taps, should be only one
* Its a good practice to add 1Password support
* Bottom navigation bar is good
* Contact us view is pointless, numbers are not selectable, on iPad at least (on iOS 8 I can dial any number with a single tap using my iPhone).
* I'm paying for my account each month and I still have to look on ads inside of your app. You taking advantage of my screen unfairly, instead of showing my content you are promoting your own business interests.

Bring back the old version

I hate this new version of the app. Nothing useful added new. The UI has been overly complicated to require you to swipe to do anything. You have to click on the screen about twice as much to do tasks with the old version that took just one or two presses.

For example to view transactions on my 3rd registered account on login I've to swipe twice then select, then select again just to get transactions. Old version, just one click on the summary after login to be taken to transactions. Doing transfers is the same.

Terrible upgrade, more of a downgrade.
