Dump App, Unfortunately. Don’t waste your time.
So I paid for a six month subscription, since I can’t message users without a paid subscription in the first place. The whole experience was extremely buggy, as menus melt into each other making it hard to navigate. As I matched with people, they wouldn’t show up in my match list. Winks do not register. Messages rarely send. Adding pictures to your profile is a hassle since the app will crash over and over if you add more than three photos. I wasted 120+ bucks. I live near Toronto and there are virtually no matches. If you don’t have subscribers, you should not be charging money for your website. Will be permanently deleting when my three months are up.VR CA

This is seriously the biggest waste of time. Don’t even bother you’d be better off trawling Facebook to find Jewish people (in my case men!). I have spent the last few weeks wishing I could get my money back. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP.simcc117
Impossible to navigate
This is my second time on JDate with many years in between usage.
It is still ridiculous to try and navigate with any sense of intelligence. Not only can I not ( still) figure out how to search for an age related date that lives within the state and distance I specified, there have been several instances when I have tried to open a message and it brings me to their menu to sign up, pay for a higher premium account and never brings me to any messages. It is frustrating and a waste of my paid subscription. I wrote to the help desk and they never answered my specific questions. What is their purpose in offering a dating site? This version is unusable, any time I click on a profile the app crashes. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, as well as closing all other apps and rebooting the phone; nothing has resolved the issue.

Total ripoff and lack of support!
I recently decided to give Jdate a try again after many years! The price for one month was $39.99. This had to go through iTunes. I received a receipt the next day for $77.98 plus tax for one month. After engaging with someone in a live chat I had to call Apple and have the charge removed! After I paid and before the charge was removed, every time I tried to look at someone’s profile it told me I needed to upgrade- if I followed that link it said I was already subscribed- what a waste of time! Found more than few fake profiles.
2 image found from stock images ( purchase)
And couple of them various posts from Instagram about bags and cap ...on deferent subjects but not linked to the any person !jayday1967
Expensive and for little results
Recently this app was updated and they charge for EVERYTHING now. Want to see more than one picture on someone’s profile- you have to pay. Want to see who viewed you- you have to pay. Want to see who liked you- you have to pay. Now to be fair, some of these things are common paying services for a dating app, but the costs are ridiculously high and especially since the pool of Jdate users is so small.
