Nothing but technical difficulties

See title. Mist annoying app ever to use

Gold Card Member

This app and the customer service team are both rubbish. I can’t add my card to my digital wallet. Customer service said the app was being updated “overnight”. It had been two days previously and five days later it has not been updated. Customer service is unhelpful at best and rude at worst. They just want to get you off the phone and chalk up another caller so they get paid. PayPal logo is there but doesn’t function. Overall, it is the absolute WORST loyalty program. You pay a fortune to join and they give you no service or real benefits in return. I would AVOID the app and program if you have an alternative.

Pas de synchronisation avec le système des hôtels Fairmont

Malheureusement vous n’aurez pas les informations adéquates des réservations dans les hôtels Fairmont.

Ils ont deux systèmes différents et ils ne se synchronisent pas bien donc lorsque l’hôtel modifie la réservation vous n’allez pas avoir la modification dans l’application.

On retourne à l’époque des courriels

C’est super pour planifier lol

En plus le soutient n’a aucune considération

Sécurité au Mercure Montmartre

Lors de mon départ mardi le 5 nov A 06:45 un incident fâcheux s’est produit. J’attendais le taxi dans le hall d’entrée. La preposé avait appelée la cie pour me réserver le taxi. On a placé mes bagages un peu en retrait près des chaises et divan. J’étais seule à attendre. La préposée étant retournée dans l’arrière pièce derrière la réception. J’ai aperçu un autre personne Homme) qui rentrait à l’hôtel , cellulaire à la main se dirigeant vers les ascenseurs pendant que je portais attention à la mural au dessus du divan. Du coin de l’œil j’ai apeçu l’homme qui ressortait d’un pas rapide. J’ai remarqué l’objet à sa main qui sa trouvait à être mon petit sac de voyage. Je l’ai poursuivi en criant de me remettre mon sac. Je l’ai rejoint aux portes extérieures de votre hôtel et il s’est empressé de me remettre mon sac disant qu’il l’avait trouvé à la porte de l’hôtel. Il s’est enfui!! Mes cris ont alerté la préposée qui ne pouvait pas intervenir n’étant pas à son poste. La chauffeure de taxi arrivait au même moment. Quelle expérience traumatisante. Ce que je m’explique mal- pourquoi les portes de l’hôtel ne sont pas muni d’un système plus sécuritaire tant la nuit que le jour? Le jour vous avez un agent-e de sécurité- où était cette personne le matin de mon départ? Et la sécurité de votre préposée? Il va sans dire que cette expérience a été très traumatisante. Je ne pouvais pas demeurer sur place puisque je devais me rendre à CDG pour mon vol. Possiblement que vous devrez renforcer la sécurité à l’hôtel Mercure Montmartre 24/24! Je m’explique toujours mal comment un tel incident s’est produit en plein jour sans aucune intervention sauf la mienne. L.Martin

App not as good as website

I’m new to Accor, but I notice on app it very limited on searching compare to website. For example on website I can click on offer it will showing me all the hot room don’t need to put dates, how many peoples, but app don’t have this function. On app I have to select country, city, date and peoples before it showing me. Sometime if it good deal people can decide whenever or who to go with after. But if we enter all the date or peoples it might not going to showing you 90% of the hotels and to click back Change date and peoples and keep changing are so annoying. I hope the app can make as smart function like website to allow people to see all the hotel and choose date and people after from the hotel they like not just for the hot room also on the search as well which will make easier to search and to plan to suit what the hotel require.

Where are the dining options?

Why can’t I access the dining options and menus at each hotel? You’d think it would be easy to attach the on the app. Or if it is there, it certainly wasn’t easy to find or easily accessible through the app.

Application was straight-forward and easy-to-use

I am a 50-year-old, semi-senile man, booking this without the usual assistance of my wonderful 20-year-old son. I anticipated a tough time with lots of frustration and yelling, yet, this was shockingly pleasant. All of my questions were answered in extensive details: room info, pricing, amenities, perks, etc. Lovely to start off our trip on the right foot. Hope I do not stumble to my other one on Phu Quoc Island. Hooray!

All Accor member, wonderful, convenient, user friendly app.

Stayed over 60 nights last calendar year using the All Accor app. Currently on my 129th day this calendar year. I’m living/traveling between Japan, Korea and south east Asia, this app is a wonderful companion. Searching for best rates and new locations is a breeze. The members data, status points, reward points and future stays is very detailed. I always do my bookings on the app and never have had a problem. It would be nice to have the “simulated point calculator”, thats on the website, on the app ✨👍
I’m a very greatful, happy, All Accor member. Thank you for this app ✨🙏✨

Can’t Edit Personal Details

The latest version freezes while loading Personal details on iOS 17.3.1.
It’s not an issue on iPadOS.

Enhance app functionality for better experience

I rated it three stars due to the lack of functionality I desire, which I believe would also benefit others. Could you please consider adding features that allow users to search and book under corporate special rates, as well as the ability to find and add upcoming reservations that might be missing / not included in my account. Thank you!

Update: I have revised my review since everything is now implemented. Great and swift support! Thank you very much!
