Enhance app functionality for better experience

I rated it three stars due to the lack of functionality I desire, which I believe would also benefit others.
Could you please consider adding features that allow users to search and book under corporate special rates, as well as the ability to find and add upcoming reservations that might be missing / not included in my account.

Buggy

Downloaded this app yesterday after booking directly with Acorr. Every time I log in, I can see my booking but within seconds I’m on a ‘join/membership’ sign up screen. When I try and join, I’m served an error and then the process just repeats. Back to log in - same error. I’m unable to proceed past signing up for the membership, even if I choose “not now”.

I just want to log in and manage my bookings!

Missing Points

Hello,
I book continuously through the app yet I am still showing 0 points on my status.

We stayed at Montebello this past September long weekend and I have still not received any points from that.
Our most recent stay at the Royal York this past weekend has not shown up either.

Accor rates more expensive on app

have not been able to use this app yet because the rates are always so much higher than what booking sites offer. i booked a room for 3 nites at an accor hotel on a booking site because the accor app was going to charge me the equivalent of the 3 nite total just for the first night alone.
ridiculous.
and using it to search an area doesn’t work. for example, i want accommodation in the sydney cbd, and it gives me locations from all over the NSW and Australia.
waste of time.

Never works

This is the worst app. Nothing on it ever works I have deleted it and reloaded and still sucks
