Always slow
Every time I use this app it is so slow. It takes a long time for it to load and log me in, a long time for it me to navigate through the app, and it is always crashing on me. I have tried multiple times to delete it, log out, and lots of different stuff to try to restart the app in hopes of making it more efficient. This app has made me want to switch banks. Zelle Barely Functional
The One Wallet update makes Zelle basically unusable. Takes entire minutes to load the feature, if it ever loads. Was hoping this would’ve been fixed by now, but after a year, it’s probably only gotten worse. Please fix this.Netflixappblowsass

Worst app
This may be one of the worst apps that I have ever had the displeasure of trying to use. I have been unable to even login to my account since ever time I try the app either crashes or says that the app is experiencing connection issues and to try again. It doesn’t matter how long I wait or how many times I try to login the same issues occur. Please fix your app since the website isn’t much better.Show lessNickey51
Fix your app!
This app is incredibly frustrating. It’s super glitchy and slow to load (if at all). I’ve attempted to delete and reinstall several times and it’s always the same thing. I rarely have real time control over my finances because it functions so poorly. Please work on improving your app!!yanjay89

Bills calendar
Can you please include a Bills calendar for budget planning?
Has these features:
- A monthly calendar view
- Write in recurring bills in the square for that day of the month
- Write in recurring incomes
The Day Squares will show Bills in Red Numerals, and show Incomes in Green Numerals.
The Day Square does this function:
- Shows each Bill Name and Amount
- Shows each Income Name and Amount

This app…
Don’t get me wrong, I love independent bank! I’ve been banking with them since I was born when my mom opened me a savings account. But this app is absolutely the worst thing in the world!! Half the time you can’t login properly or without much difficulty, and the other half of the time you have to close and reopen the app in order to actually transfer funds. Like I said, I love this bank themselves; but this app needs to go in the trash.Show lesshopeailicious

App doesn’t work
The old app was awesome but since they updated to this one wallet version it no longer works on my iPhone. The Home Screen just has an eternal spinning loading icon and doesn’t give me a prompt to log in. I have to use a browser to log in to my account. When calling customer service for help they told me to change my password, which worked once and then I had the eternal loading screen again. I refuse to change my password everytime I need to check my account so I just never use it. Terrible app.Show lessJillUtter
