  • Cannot authenticate after launch

    The application does not let you sign in to your account after opening the app—either on WiFi or cellular. Either an unknown error occurs or a message stating to contact the main line appears. Even after an uninstall, clear of the cache, phone reboot and then re-install, the application fails to authenticate.

    Even after working with customer support, the workaround was to use the website on my desktop or via Safari on my phone.

    At the current moment, this application does not perform its function.

    Love IB & the ONE Wallet App! the ease of being able to transfer between IB accounts and my accounts at another bank has been super convenient!
  • One Wallet mobile app

    I love all the features this app has to offer! The One Wallet + feature is great for having all your bank accounts under one log in.
  • App no longer works

    This app no longer works. Loading widget for a few minutes, enter credentials, another loading widget for a few minutes, “sorry the app is having issues, please call” went through all that nonsense. Can’t upload checks online either. Looks like this app was updated ages ago so I doubt it or the online services will be fixed soon. Unfortunate when so many other bank apps don’t seem to have these issues.

  • Transfer funds

    The transfer funds issue has been resolved. App is all good now.
  • Terribly Missing the Old App

    The design and function of this app make me so frustrated that I want to cry. Please improve your UX. I particularly run into a lot of issues with the transfer money feature crashing a lot and the app is in general VERY slow.

    I know that building an app is no easy feat, but Independent has shown they can provide a better mobile banking experience in the past and I’m disappointed that we received a downgrade.

    In the words of Tyra Banks: “It’s so bad I want to give you a zero. But that’s not possible so I give you a one.”

I would love the opportunity to look at your specific profile and see why you are experiencing slowness. I have also not previously heard reports of the transfer feature crashing but would like to look into that as well.   • Password retention & slowness

    Just recently the app has decided to not use/recognize facial recognition AND constantly drops my saved password &/or user name, forcing me to constantly sign in. I can no longer just ‘look at the camera’ and do my business…once I’m in, only real issue is slowness, which seems to be a common issue according to other reviews.

    I like using this app for my banking. It is reliable and very easy to set up and use.

    Solid banking app, providing me with enhanced capabilities to do my banking. I love that I can see all of my accounts in one place, including my credit card! Easy to use, rename accounts, budget, and send money quickly to friends with Zelle.
  • Long time customer

    I have been with independent since 1997, and the past few years thought about going to another bank. But since they started One banking it has totally changed my mind, it is so much easier to do things then ever before. Thank you.
