  • Not user friendly

    The previous website/app was able to give bill pay reminders and also removed the funds quickly from the account when paying bills. This horrible One Wallet does neither. If I wanted to write a check and watch my account for the check to be cashed and money withdrawn then I would write checks. What’s the point of online payments if I have to still watch my account and wait for the money to be taken out? This app will cause many people to overdraw their accounts.

  • Hard to log in

    Had to call in to figure out why my log in would work on my lap top but not my grandsons smart phone. I had to create new password. He didn’t need to have his account linked to his dads at the credit union. They both collect Disability. They had their own accounts.
  • I love the new Independent bank but I have a suggestion?

    I love the new Independent bank app but I have a suggestion how about a Apple Watch app for the Apple Watch please please take my suggestion listen to the consumers please !!!!!
  • It seems like a downgrade

    I One of the biggest downfalls of this app is that you cannot look at single transactions except in a big list. And when you try to look deeper into it it does not give you the information you used to have.
  • Garbage app

    (ExPECT 2 hr wait times if you want to customer support) This app is useful if you like wasting money and time because when you try to transfer any amount of money it will eat up your whole afternoon loading and sending error messages. When your tormented evening is over, you’ve not only lost the money you were trying to transfer but you can say goodbye to any plans you had the next day because, as a reward for being robbed of your balance, you can expect to spend more hours on hold in an even longer line than before thanks to your bank merging with a mega bank. Do NOT download this app if you are sending any serious amount of money or if you value your time whatsoever. They do not. I’ve gone through these issues multiple times and there’s really no sign of stoppage. Ever since I joined independent bank in 2017 it has been a downhill ride. Reduction in quality, customer service, and response time. It’s insulting banking with these clowns.

  • Customer Service is Horrible

    I’ve made several attempts to contact customer service and each time, if I’m lucky enough to get someone on the phone and most times I’m not, they’re unable to answer my question. Time on phone the majority of the time is over an hour.
    I’ve made several requests for a copy of the agreement I signed when setting up the app, I still don’t have a copy. It looked like I was gonna be able to print it after I agreed to terms and I couldn’t.

    I don’t like when in pay bill you can’t put in cents have to round to nearest dollar amount because no dot between dollar and cents
  • Don’t believe the 5 stars

    This app is terrible and very slow. After the switch it took days before my balance showed properly and I ended up over drafting. Pretty furious with IB probably going to close my account if the slowness continues. I’m fairly certain independent bank is buying fake reviews. No way people would give this 5 stars if they are actually using it.

  • Slow to respond

    Each button tap is quite slow to respond. It takes more than 3 seconds for an action to be completed. Sometimes when I tap a button, I’m not sure if it actually took.
    The number entry lines could also be cleaned up. Some put in a decimal point automatically, while others don’t. Some have a number keypad, while others show the full keyboard. Please add number keypads to ALL number entries, and have the decimal automatically added.
    I’ll change my review as the app gets updated.

  • Still difficult to navigate

    I feel like I should be able to very easily see how much my HELOC bill is along with the due date right on my home page. It’s still hard to find easy info like that. It’s much better than the old system though.
    I come to IB from Chase and Chase’s online system is amazing and super user friendly.
