Convenient
I like being able to check my usage. The only thing I would like is to be able to pay without an Italian credit card. I have an international card in euros , so thought that would be sufficient, as I o my live here part time.Mamma fox

Hard to find the information you’re looking for. The “support” chatbot is useless. The app is fine for seeing your plan and upgrading it.

Unable to login
I’ve had the app for a year, the other day I was asked to create a new password, after doing so I get a message that something went wrong. I’ve tried set a new password again but now I don’t even receive emails, I also deleted the app and reinstalled it, still have the same problem.

We just bought 2 SIM cards with windtre at trining train station. We had to wait for over an hour for them to even bother to activate the cards. The cards worked for literally an hour. I was trying to login to this app with the number they gave us. It didn’t work. Scammers!! This should be illegal in Italy, but I guess the days of Italian mafias are not over.Show lessAmericans Beware 2

Is it possible to create an app that doesn't crash while opening, and flash you a stupid "Something's gone wrong! Try again later" error message? It must be, but WindTre hasn't figured out how. Some updates of the app allow it to work for awhile, but then a new update comes along and we get more crashes and error messages. A major telecom company that can't write a decent app isn't a good look. Makes you wonder what else they can't do right....Show lesstxm987

Wow, thanks for your stellar rating 😉English but not really.
The app is great at providing you with information about your account. The only problem for me, it’s in Italian. I switch the language to English, but it still shows mostly in Italian and all the text messages are the same. I find myself doing a lot of translating. This is only reason I will rate the app 4.Show lessBlackball25
