The app functionality is pretty good. But it is not very intuitive and has an annoying promotional add as the Home Screen every time you log on. I have never been pestered with advertising so much by an app for which I am already paying customer. Also the app functions very slowly.dbbsjdnsba

Stopped working after a week
Signed up for Windtre after moving to Italy, app worked for a week after which it stopped letting me sign in by unhelpfully letting me know that a “temporary error has occurred”… the temp error has persisted for over a month. Oh and the same error occurs on the website… so I’m completely cut off from using any of the online features. Oh and don’t try to go into a physical store for help, they will tell you they can’t help and to call tech support… which will

I am an American living in Italy, and for the first few years i was on a Vodaphone subscription for my data plan. It was expensive and the app was hard to navigate, my money on my account would mysteriously disappear, and I would rarely get the gigabyte amount that was being charged for. Switching to wind was one of the best decisions I have made and I absolutely love the service. Most Americans are pushed to a Vodafone service because it’s so much more expensive and stores can make a much larger profit. If you are an American, or any foreigner in Eataly, and I’ve been told to use anything other than wind, count this is your sign to switch. You will not regret it.Show lesswhojizs the warlord
