Windtre
It is very good. Especially your English version.Old version was superior
On the previous version I could manage my two different lines with a single sign on. This new app requires you to login and get a verification text every time you switch lines.Pretty much worthless
You can set the language to English, but 85% is still only in Italian. Then it gives you offers constantly, but if you try to accept you get errors or the offer looks to go through but never gets applied to your account. Also, the completely worthless “Windy” automated help is only in Italian and you can’t even copy text to a translation app; it gives long replies (with no real information) that take a very long time to type into a translation app anyway.
Get with it; if you aren’t going to give offers quit bothering me with notifications in the app (and SMS) about them, and if you don’t care for English speaking clients don’t act like you do. I’m trying hard to learn Italian, but it takes time and I thought, because of the English offering, this company would be one I wouldn’t have to struggle with so much, simply not the case. I will be evaluating other options.Show lessHow to combine cell number and landline number?
Not clear how to do this. It should automatically recognize the cell number when the app is used from a cellular device!Mandatory add EVERYTIME I open app? Davvero ?
Every time I open the app I now have to skip an add for WINDAY before I can use it. I’m already a paying customer with wind, why subject me to this annoyance? Non voglio per nulla giocare con winday, smette di chiedermelo ogni volta che uso l’app.Castro
Had the best experience in Italy and Spain
There web is really bad. Unable to sign in
And is not very clear on options. Glad i added enough money in Italy that it lastest
LongWon’t take payment through app
I need to top up but the app won’t allow me to pay...tried 2 different cards...Get Vodafone Instead!
Don’t bother purchasing any of the extra plans (extra internet, giga for roaming, etc), and forget about ever seeing the LTE sign on your phone again. They’ll happily accept your $ and will make it impossible to cancel the recurring monthly charges, but they won’t credit any internet to your account. For the past 5 months I’ve paid €25/month for a product I haven’t received. Spend the additional few euros/month for Vodafone - it’ll save you money in the long run.Show lessAnyone but wind
Honestly don’t know why they are still in business. Service and coverage is at best fair. App is completely useless, when it is assessable.tons of hidden charges
everything seems to cost extra money and support is hard to reach when you have no credit. lots of charges not displayed in app either. typical for a service provider to rip you off. not good for traveling much in Europe.
i charged several times few euros to try and fix my "no internet" problem. seems they charge for Apple SMS "activation" type messages a normal ios thing.. fine but no record of it anywhere. i often wake up (like today) internet not working and money all gone from my account no explanation.... There was also supposedly protection against charges above 10 euros whole roaming but that never worked either.
translations in the app are very incomplete too making life harder.Show less
