  • App poorly designed

    Through the app it is very difficult to understand what your current plan and active options are. If you want to top up gigabytes they only provide you with monthly subscription options, even though I don’t have any subscription on my current plan. There is an AI assistant called Windy that misses the mark on every single question you ask it. Overall it did not provide information on what I needed so I will have to either use their Facebook chat or walk into a shop...

  • Terrible!

    Purchased WIND in Frankfurt. When I arrived in Venice I made my first phone call to a land line in the United States. The call was cut off 2 mins into the call. And I received a text message stating I only had one Euro of service available! I had only purchased the service the night before and hadn’t called anyone! Rio off! They want your money! I wasn’t told I’d get a European phone number. When I downloaded the app to get more info, it would not let me sign on without the phone number they assigned me but never gave me. Looking through the app it suggests I call 155 for assistants. But that call won’t go through because I don’t have any suits left on my plan to call with! They are terrible! Buyer beware!

  • Good App but...

    App is working good.
    Strange, after paying the amount to use your SIM card (sim+activation+month cost), you need to Top Up a small credit to use it....!?
    It also send itself a 0.10€ message to activate the MMS and FaceTime in England....? Why? And this each time you switch on/off the function.
  • WARNING!!

    Do not buy a sim card from Wind! You will be duped out of at least €50 eur or more. They employ various schemes, ranging from not “activating” your bundle to claiming there were unauthorised subscriptions on your account. This all means you have to top up again to get the data you intially paid for.

    Oh and neither this app, their website or customer call center does anything in English. As per other reviews here, the app is also completely broken and set up in a way to extract extra money by being extremely vague and deceptive.

  • It has not worked for month

    Wind keeps charging me much more than it is set in the contract and there is no way to check my account online as applications do not work.
    Quite shameful!

    Best value!!!!! Easy to use, and quick on resolving issues.
  • One of the worst, ma forse il peggiore

    I switched to Wind and using the MyWind app less than a month ago. They've already sucked away over double the amount in our contract, phoning their call center in Albania is time consuming and resultless. Going to the Wind store is equally useless. I'm hoping to find another phone provider soon

    It's not in English. I can't tell when I am buying, what I need, how many minutes I have left or anything. It's a bad app.
