It would be nice if the program actually prompted you for your max when it is time to test in between programs. I just started using a regular training day and recording it in the first set and zeroing out the rest, but now my stats look weird. Would give 5 stars if fixed.
I love this app!
I’ve been using this app since mid May. When I started I had already been training for a while and could do approximately 10 pull-ups. I’m on level 26 now and this week was able to do 27 consecutive pull-ups! This app really keeps me motivated with training reminders and the ability to look back over my training history. I use this app in conjunction with the dips one, so it’s pretty much one day dips and the next pull-ups. I find both these apps push me quite hard - sometimes I have to increase the rest time between sets to up to 5 mins - particularly before the final set, but I usually just about make it. I find it very well judged and challenging. Sometimes, I look at what my next session will be and think I’ll never make it, but even if it takes 2 or 3 attempts (usually with 1 or 2 rest days in between each attempt) I finally make it and move on. I try and be a bit careful as i’m 50-years-old in 3 months, carry a few niggly injuries and most likely need a bit more recovery time. Ultimately, I wanted to get to fifty consecutive by my birthday, but I realise now that realistically i’m not going to make it - aiming for 35 now or maybe 50 in 3 minutes. I’ll see how I get on. Really happy anyway. Congrats to the app developer. Good luck to all who try it. Stick with it through the hard times, don’t forget to train your other body parts to stay balanced. NEVER GIVE UP! 💪🔥❤️

Awesome app!
Been using this app for a month and loving it! Reminders keep you motivated and the progressions are challenging but doable. Increased max reps from 24 to 29 in 3 weeks.
Sergey Shvagner is amazing
I get almost all of his apps and I barley have any!
