    Dear Castlight Team, I want to let you know that I left to see what happens if I don’t enter anymore my water sleep eat fruit and my walks to see what would happen and I’m telling u that you are incredible a day didn’t go by that I didn’t count my steps and the most amazing part is that I can’t go without eating fruit! I always left the fruit and didn’t eat it thank u thank u so much dear team thanks to you I was able to get on I’m very proud of you because my success is your tremendous success! God bless you!     Everything is great with this app. This app helps me keep myself motivated and stay on track. The point system keeps me going on days I don’t want to. Personally, I use points to purchase gift cards to buy new running shoes as a treat. New shoes means more running which means more points for new shoes and repeat. It’s like my own positive feedback loop! There was a minor issue with the sleep tracking on previous versions in relation to apples newest SW. I reached out to the developer and it seems like they resolved the issue. They were prompt in their response and swift in resolving the issue. Excellent customer service!

  • Half of the links don’t even go to the right place

    Under ways to earn too many things don’t open what they are supposed to. Like I’ll click on “monthly assessment” for springhealth and it just opens springhealth… no assessment page anywhere. It’s like that with a majority of the programs. Plus there is like 600 points locked behind being diabetic which makes no sense. Enough people at my company are tired of how janky this thing is, hopefully scrapping it altogether for 2024

  • Errors in App, Technical Team Refuses to Correct

    Have seen several errors and issues in the app, ignored most of them until recently. My company has a regular sweepstakes in the app where entries are bought with points. The point price was incorrectly listed. After placing an order at the list price, the order withdrew more than expected at a higher rate. When I complained, they said the hidden rate was the correct rate. They refused to fix the issue for me. They refused to honor the original listed price. And then they refused to let me cancel the orders at the higher price, so I could reallocate my points.

  • Better not make a mistake!

    To get a much needed discount on our insurance we have to get so many points on this app in a three month time period, and unfortunately it is kind of difficult to get around when you first download. I was going through the ways to get points and got stuck in the “Preventative Screening Attestation” menu, I couldn’t get back to the list, so I hit no on the yes/no options because it appeared that was the way back. WRONG. It is now locked with a green check mark, not able to be changed to yes after my appointment. So I just lost the ability to get 500 points, which is a ton in their points system. The tech support says they are, “Aware of the errors that may happen. But to not have the ability to correct or reverse the mistake at this time.”

  • Use Your Insurance Carrier Search Instead

    Castlight doesn’t seem to have the superset of your in-network options (anecdotally it only has a weirdly small subset) and what it does have it often mislabels. Great piece of advice that ended hours upon hours of unsuccessfully calling numbers and gave me way more quality care options to choose from: Use your insurance carrier’s search option instead. To do this you may need to be NOT logged in and search as a guest instead since if you’re logged in it may use Castlight for search anyways. Hope this helps someone out there.

  • Worst app for finding providers

    I have never had success finding any provider easily with the app. It makes it hard for me to find the exact specialty of provider that I am looking for. When searching for providers, and you click on one to see details, then come back to search again, the entire search refreshes, and you have to scroll down all over again through the humongous list of non relevant providers to reach the place on the list you had reached in your cumbersome search! It truly makes searching for providers painful! I really hate using it to search for providers!

  • Great Doctor

    Doctor is very professional and polite. The care he provides is 5 stars. I did not have to wait long in the waiting room. Follow ups are quick and easy and doctor answers all of my concerns.
  • Points don’t get applied after activities

    Points don’t seem to be consistently applied after finishing activities. Some on external websites but some even internal to the app. It is possible I am getting impatient but points should still be added in a timely manner. Especially frustrating when I am only using the app to satisfy employer health coverage requirements.

  • Easy Access to Network Physicians

    I enjoy having the search for a network physician already completed for me! It is really convenient that physicians are categorized by their specialty, and are listed as those closest to my home address with contact information, and patient reviews.
