No access to software developers because they want you to select levels of something without explaining what its about.

I used to love this app but it hasn’t registered distances for months. I’ve done at least 100km (60 miles for you in the US) that hasn’t been picked up.Phryne31
The best exercise charity app!!!
I tried a few exercise charity apps that’s available on the App Store and this is the best one. You have so so many different charities you can choose from, I immediately chose the charity called Binx’s Home for Black Cats and I click circle with the dot at the bottom center, clicked on whatever type of exercise you’re going to do, wait a couple of seconds for the miles you’re walking/ how fast you’re going, etc to show up.( That is the part where you’re sponsored by a company for how much you’re exercising.) When you’re done you click on the Finished button on the bottom right and click Finish to confirm and it’s going to ask you to ask for your family and friends to sponsor you, you can ask if you want or you can click Close and when you want to walk again, you know what to do. 5 stars for this app!Show lessScarlet3311
App closes within about 20 seconds of opening

App constantly exits for no reason
Every time I open the app, within seconds it exits again. Not exactly crash, it just takes me back to the home screen while the app is still in session in the background. Makes it very difficult to properly use the app.Ast3r01d1nd

Does not work like it use to
This use to be a good app for recording distance when running/walking/biking but it is no longer. I have used Charity Miles for years and years. However for the last several months, the app is not correctly recording distance data when I’ve selected one of the outdoor options. I run 3.5 miles, the app records less than 0.1 miles. I have contacted Charity Miles and their fix is to download another app and connect CM to it. Why do I have to download another app to get the one I want to use to work? Makes no sense. Right now, the app is only good for recording steps during the day but not for anything else. Plus there is no way to correct the distance through CM, again I would have to download another app to correct the distance. I really hope they get someone who is interested enough in this problem to fix it.Show lessSSWSOTX

Good Consept
Love the idea just annoying I can’t select any of the great UK charities eg British heart foundation, Cancer UK, diabetes UK, Princes Trusr, RSPCA etc. more work needed to add UK chairitiesAustin Powers24
