  • Miles recorded

A great deed. However I think the miles being recorded are way less tha actual walked.
  • Discouraged.

The app started great, day one was good. Today’s run isn’t logged, app keeps crashing as I open it. Try it wifi on or wifi off, it crashes. After multiple crashes it lets me log in with a blank profile, my charity is gone, my pledge drive is gone, I can restart it but from scratch.. last two days were more trouble than they were worth, very motivating, love the idea, the app isn’t functional enough to use properly and it doesn’t tell you how much you’ve raised, just counts steps and miles and says you have random sponsors. I’ll try another. Hope this helps.

  • Walking for peace

I like to use the app on days when I’m miserable and nothing is going my way. Everyone wants to exercise more...until their shows are on and their day is going wrong. This way I am walking for peace. Every bad day for me is an awesome thing that happened for someone else in a bad situation who can’t solve their problem alone. “If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together.” With this app I am not stuck alone on my bad days. I am moving towards a world that is a peaceful, helpful, united place for everyone. Peace is not a race, it’s a marathon. So walk, run, bike that marathon when and where you can in however many steps you can because somewhere out there on the app someone is running it with you.

  • Good concept/idea, but needs work

Overall, the app is not too bad, although there seem to be occasional inaccuracies with mileage and tracking workouts.

Before, I wasn’t able to make changes to my profile and save them, but now it works. 👍🏻

Currently unable to see the history of activity for members in my team and the leaderboard doesn’t show up. I also wish we could see which members were a part of a team without them being on the leaderboard. Also hope that there is some way to see how much we raise with the $ per mile (without pledges). Sometimes it is glitchy but still good.

  • REMOVE AUTISM SPEAKS

I do not have any gripes with this apps features, but I am appalled that after all of the outcry regarding the misdeeds of Autism Speaks from people who are actually on the Autism Spectrum such as myself, the 'charity' remains as a place which people can donate to! Please open your ears to the demographic this abominable group claims to represent and allow us to send money elsewhere, please! If you would truly like to support people with A.S.D., please consider allowing users to donate to the Autism Self Advocacy Network, a group which is actually supervised by Autistic individuals who care about or individuality and well-being, NOT in finding a cure, which is an incredibly hurtful action, as we do not feel a need to be cured, but rather, we need the opportunity to thrive as non-neurotypical in a majority neurotypical world. I am not angry with the developers, as their heart is in the right place and there is so much good coming from this app from other charities, but I am incredibly distraught - please fix this:(

  • Awesome app and makes you feel rewarded after walks!

Please add in ability to sync with Fitbit. Only connecting to Apple health only benefits those with Apple watches or those who carry their phone in their hands at all times. Also, I would love the option to pick some Canadian charities instead of global/American ones. Other than that, it’s an amazing app and I’ve been a user for a long time!

  • Why can’t I see how much money I’ve raised?

I love the idea of this app. I think it’s great and it’s definitely motivated me to move about more, but it seems so counterintuitive for the app to not have a section where you can see how much money you’ve raised for your charity of choice! Isn’t that the point of this app? Why would you advertise you’re an app to help donate to charities but not include anywhere how much someone has donated?

Next to the total miles box there should be a total amount donated box, otherwise it’s like this app is just tracking activity and not donations.

  • Almost unusable. Just use GoFundMe

I’m not sure how this has such high reviews. The sign up experience is extremely buggy. It’s very obviously not updated for the newer full screen iPhones, the autocomplete on some fields doesn’t do anything and you have to manually open your password manager to carry over email and generated password.

I managed to get by that after force quitting and restarting a few times, only to be greeted with a very limited set charities. I’d like to support an organization not currently in the app by directing people to a provided website. I don’t think that’s possible but the app is such a mess that I didn’t spend too long trying to figure out.

It’s a cool concept but the execution is severely lacking. Just use GoFundMe.

  • Love the idea, but needs work

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’d love to see this app improve so more people start earning money for charity! Please make the functioning more simple—it crashes way too frequently (it’s updated, my wifi and battery are fine). Let us see how much we’re earned from the sponsors, not just pledges! Another helpful things would be an apple watch widget. And lastly, make it possible to delete teams—with the crashing, I made duplicates that now I can’t get rid of. Thank you for everything so far and keep doing what you’re doing!

  • A good initiative

This app is a good initiative; however, it would be good to see some Australian charities on here as they seem to be US based.
