Racist Bank
The manager at the Panama City branch is the biggest racist I’ve ever seen before. I am a black male from a foreign country and I tried to open an account there with all the appropriate documents. To my surprise to insurmountable discrimination I faced was quite mind boggling, because clearly I thought this was a place of business and not one of racial profiling. Talking down on the country where I am from by making derogatory remarks, just ridiculous. My money is just as good as anyone else on planet earth.Show lesscawley23

Not so mobile...
Myself and most of my family have this app. None of us can use biometrics for login. We all get a "We are temporarily unable to verify your device and credentials. Please login with your ID and password." This is a nightmare if you use a strong password. I'm with Verizon. Some of my family with the same issue are with Verizon and AT&T so it must not be a carrier issue. It's either Apple or SmartBank and I think it's Apple because biometrics on my app worked on Android.Show lessJEMANina
