  • Face ID doesn’t work.

    Every time I’m about to log in Face ID verifies my identity, yet the login form fails to insert my password. I have to manually enter my password regardless; clearly an unnecessary inconvenience and gets tiring.

    Please fix with a patch #ASAP.
  • Doesn’t work

    I’ve tried this ap few times. Errors out, “server not available” messages. Never seems to work.

    How about mobile deposit like most other banks?

    I like the bank itself but the online banking and app could use some work. Every couple of months it won’t let me log in, even when I know for a fact I’m using the correct password. Then I have to call and reset it. It’s really a pain in the rear. Fix your crap, Smartbank!
  • Just the basics

    Allows the basics to be done in a mobile app. Find myself logging in from the laptop if I really need something.

    Needs fingerprint/facial recognition added. I use unique passwords for the various sites. With technology as it is, I should not have to type my complex password each time I want in the app. Hope this is in dev.

  • Some improvements could be made

    I wish the transaction history/activity showed the store/company name first rather than "POS purchase with PIN..." As it is you have to click on each item to see where the debit came from, which makes it harder to track for fraudulent use.
