Very aggravating
Log in is a joke, won’t store password and face recognition won’t work. Way too much repeating same tasks over and over, considering changing banks because I depend on mobile banking for everything.choc4me
Unstable and unreliable
Firstly, facial recognition login works rarely. Regularly the entire app goes down and is completely inaccessible. Not very efficient for banking 🙄
Lastly, be aware that making a transfer online COULD land you with overdraft charges. No one can explain to you how or why it did it this time….so be careful with account to account transfers.Show lessTNonesty
Worst Bank Ever

App won’t let me deposit a check
Each time I try to deposit a check the loading wheel just spins and then an error message comes up after a while.Russell
Not the best
Really hate this App. Facial recognition only works “sometimes”. When it doesn’t, it will not let me enter username or password. So delete and download, constantly. Every other bank I use have much better apps.Lostdave.
App is crashing
I’m not sure if it related to the fact that I just upgraded to an iPhone 12 or what, but my SmartBank app gives me an error code every time I try to open it up. Even trying to log n through the mobile website gives me an access denied error. Help!RKD08
Trouble with app open SmartBank
I have changed phones from Samsung S8 to iPhone 11 I don’t know if this the trouble but each time I go to open the app it says error 0014 occurs try back later, so annoying I have bills coming out my account like to check throughout the day on my funds.Mrs. Shaye
Does not always open

Just a bad app.
It’s sad that this app consistently fails to perform properly especially when managing and being able to see one’s money balance is so critical. I typically do not write reviews but this app alone makes me want to switch banks all together. Today I don’t even have the option to log in. Login Always Resets- No Support
Set upA checking account in June and every time I’ve tried to login through the SmartBank app or the website neither excepts the username and password that I previously set up.When you call their customer support after hours no one is available until the next business day. Literally every time I’ve tried to access my account the login has failed. Will be changing banks this week.Show lessAllNines
