Excessive data usage
Used this as we are waiting for BT to install broadband, so used this to helps us over the waiting period. We also used our mobile phone data and found general web browsing and email was consuming huge amounts of data on the Vodafone Mobile WiFi 7GB + but did far more data intensive tasks including streaming video using our mobile phone data and used less than 2GB. So this device and application is rinsing our very expensive data way too quickly!!!Show lessGonner2222
Good looking, but constantly crashes.
Can’t even put in the password! Tried editing admin details, crashes! Needs urgent fixing. Looks good, straight forward layout, but almost completely unusable. Please fix!Nat_B_S
Useless app
This app is useless is more of a monitor app and you can do practically nothing with it. You cannot even read a text message or even switch from 2g to 3g etc .ream2019

Doesn’t work
Keeps asking me to enter domain name and install profile. After I do both the app doesn’t ever leave the page and there is nowhere it lets you navigate to. Stellar programmingWillig11
Rubbish
This is the worst thing about Vodafone the app, I worked in software for years if my work was this bad I would have been fired, the last update did nothing, it’s the poor app that’s stopping me having more devices from Vodafone. I now need to get a new phone and contact the app has not improved so I will not be using Vodafone and its time to also cancel my mobile broadbandShow less19482018abc
More features should be added
I suggest there should be a platform on the app that supports loading of airtime and dialing numbers so that you wouldn’t have to take the sim card out anytime you want to load airtime.. thank uIceburqq

Mobile Wi-Fi app
Poor to say the least. The link to the web application has never worked for me, which is more than frustrating. I think it would be beneficial if the data allowance would reset by itself rather than having to be manually done each month.Macksimus04
