Pretty useless
None of the features work, only thing you can check is how much data you’ve used. You can’t check remaining balance or top-up. The app just crashes when you try to do so. Only way to top up your mobile router is to use the website from a PC.Ciffsome
Rubbish
Received my new mobile Wi-Fi router today, app either crashes every time I put my password in or says my password is incorrect when this isn’t the case. Very disappointed.
The mobile Wi-Fi router itself seems great but it’s a shame there isn’t the supporting features I was promised. 5 messages I can’t even read.Show lessHanspan:)1994
Even with Tech support, still can’t log on
Had this app for months.. I’ve reinstalled, re done password, been on to tech support TWICE about the issue and still can’t log on to the app from my IPhone. Can’t get notifications of data usage and went over allowance last month which cost me a lot of money. Worse than useless.Mothership Adrift
Poorly explained
It’s far from clear what this app is for, and far from obvious how to get into it.
Once there however there is a lot of geeky information for those that like it - not sure though what the average user will get out of ithdbsmcndudeowMdb
Great little app
Almost didn’t download this app given the previous reviews but I think it does a great job. Shows me battery state, data usage and signal strength. So far that’s everything I’ve needed to know. Definitely worth having 👍keithduncan
Totally useless
This app doesn’t give you the basic data you need to operate your mobile Wi-Fi connection.
I’m running a PAYG dongle for internet access out and about.
All I need to know is how much data I have left and how long before it expires. I found out today I had run out of credit not from the app but be because I can’t connect to the internet.

Rather useless
Clearly Vodaphone want you to sail past your usage limit and incur huge charges as there are no warnings when getting near. Any claim that this is not possible as the service is offered with a phone contract from the same company! New update flaw
Still no change. The app is virtually useless as you cannot access the web portal. How a company that makes millions a day is unable to create a simple app that works is beyond comprehension.
Impossible to access the web portal via the app which allows you to reset the usage counter to zero. This has been an ongoing issue since the new version of the app was launched weeks ago.Show lessMacdog1
