Fine for watching data use, but doesn’t show data use vs allowance.
My main frustration is the lack functionality of the online portal to view text messages etc. I try an click through and it can’t load the portal, it just continues to try and load and nothing happens.dangernz
Almost useless
Another poor user interface implementation you get to expect from Vodafone. Please invest in some competent UI/UX developers, this app is lame and amateurish.
Web heavy, instead of running a lite app on the device, so eats data just to check and manage settings and usage.
Usage is hit and miss as the meter does not reflect contracted capacity or monthly roll over. Basic logic.
You have to reset the usage meter manually and there is no history view, even if it was just average figure/ month. Fundamental feature expectation otherwise users are flying blind.
You have to monitor usage manually, no auto SMS usage alerts. First rule of app dev, don't offload core functionality on users you can automate.
The real low point is no feature (basic requirement) to allow users to suspend data usage when reaching a certain limit.
All basic no brainer functionality for anyone who test drives this in any way. Clearly no one at Vodafone or their Q&A metric is bargain basement.

check bundle balance feature
Please add a check bundle balance feature.
Please adjust to be showing remaining bundle INSTEAD of total bundle, which, in any case, shows cumulative amount, that is not useful.

Very amateur
This product was very poorly built. It crashes regularly, and contains little to no useful information. Don't bother downloading, just use their (only slightly better) Vodafone mobile web app, at http://Vodafonemobile.wifi. I expected better from Vodafone. This app is a truly terrible experience.Paulbomb

The eternal question. How much Data do I have left before I have to top up? The answer is nowhere obvious to found on this App.soundbunny

Not accurate. Not even close. Terrible design. I can't imagine why such rubbish is publicly available. Even helpful clerks at Vodafone store cannot determine balance remaining on my account, even using their computer! They had to make a phone call.Dust Behind Truck

Would be nice if users could see their data usage per device and between "night owl" and regular usage. Ideally we would like to see our remaining balances.Higginbova
