Doesn’t work with FLIR One Pro

Attempted to use this with FLIR One Pro, it shows the device is connected and has a “Live” button to press, but the button does nothing and you can not view the camera feed.

Really not good enough

This app is totally unstable on iPad Pro running iOS 15. It constantly crashes and will randomly import images you have not asked it too. When importing from TG267 it will create up to 20 jpg images when sending a single one over the Bluetooth connection this is frustrating and useless. These cameras are not cheap and poor software that does not function even in a basic manner is unacceptable. I would recommend that people look for different manufacturers of thermal cameras where the software packages make the creation of after inspection reports not a hair pulling exercise.

App cannot connect to Flir C3-X

It supposed to be a great tool but it won’t connect to the camera. So it’s useless. Please put information what are the compatible cameras for this app. Mine is Flir C3-X and it doesn’t do anything.

No excuse for an app this bad in 2021

Won’t connect to my device so it worthless. For some reason after reading the same reviews I thought “oh might just be user error”. Nope, it’s worthless.

Well 1 year ago it would allow you to connect to all FLIR items with 1 click and show all of them on 1 screen in live mode. Now in 2021 after forced update your can only connect to 1 item at a time so now my many FLIR products are worthless to screen shot performance of all items at once.

Images sharing from app

I didn’t know how to select more than one image to save it on camera roll or even share a whole folder also after importing images from thermal camera I had to create a folder then move images one by one!!

Completely worthless

Same as looking at the images in any image viewer, but without any adjustment tools. The only + is that it pairs up the visible and thermal images together. Otherwise not sure what the point is.

What happened to the menu option to edit emissivity?

Older versions of Flir tools let me edit the emissivity but the option has gone. This tool is useless without that menu option.

Old version was so much better

This new version doesn’t have the option to create reports with 2 photos or more 😡. Reports with juste one photo is useless. We buy 5 fives expensive cameras but after this update we can’t user them again. In our job we have to put many photos in each report.

We want our money back.

Hi Julian, Thanks for the feedback. Have you tried clicking on the box with the check box on the upper right corner. You can select multiple images and then choose Quick report. Let me know if this does not work for you. Sorry for not getting back to you quicker.
