Disappointed
I have been playing Dragon Story for 15 years and all of a sudden the last 2 weeks I haven’t been able to get in. It keeps saying you need to connect to the internet. I am connected and its the only game this does it. I decided to uninstall it and reinstall, but getting the same thing. Im not impressed

This is such a great game I’m totally addicted to playing it, I love how you can watch 10 videos a day & not only get gems but get a bundle of different rewards for each video watched, during lockdown storm 8 games really gave me some peace there's so much to see & do here on this game I’m truly happy to have this on my 3 iPhones, I have 3 iPhones for my games I play each of storm 8 games x3 times how greedy am I?😆😂🤣it’s because the games are so amazing I can’t help it I really enjoy them, customer support is extremely helpful and very organized they respond very quickly and always find a solution they are always willing to help resolve situations that go wrong, if it were possible to give 100 stars then I would because this developer deserves 100 stars, huge thanks to storm 8👍🏽😊

Abandoned by developers
This used to be a great and fun game. It has been abandoned by developers in terms of growth. No new updates, no bug fixes except for new pumping out cash grab dragons have been put out for years. But worst of all is the lack of land. No advances in land updates have been in 5 years since the marble key island release in 2017. The owners of this game should be disgusted with themselves for abandoning the development of such a popular game. Shame on them. It’s why I left. I keep checking back every so often to see if they will give an update, but sadly they have made it quite clear, they do not care about this game. They only care about your money. This has become little more than a cash pit grab which was once a great game that released numerous updates. It’s sad. I’ll miss this game. RIP dragon story.

Dragon story
Stil Haven’t been able to load game, been well over 3 month, connection issue keeps happening and I’ve been through all solutions sent time and time again. Nobody seems to be able to do anything. Strange as another family member sitting in same room can play. We both use same devices and connection. I’ve removed and reinstalled, no issues at level one but when I put ID in to get back to level 192 I can no longer connect. Is anyone going to fix issues or do I give up.

Used to be a great game
You must realize at the outset that the main goal of this game is to make money by selling gold to the players. Everything else is secondary. I first started playing the game when I bought my first iPhone many years ago. It was rather simple and enjoyable then. Not anymore. Nowadays, if you attempt to play the game, you spend most of your time waiting while the game is “loading” or re-doing tasks after the game unexpectedly “resets” on you, tells you to “try again”, or tells you that you need to be on internet when you already are. Support for the game has vanished. They are just keeping the game on life support to sell as much gold as they can before the game gets so out of date that it ceases to function on any platform. It’s just like refusing to change the oil in your car. Sooner or later the engine will seize and your car will cease to function.

Like the game but:
I’ve been playing this game for years, I’m on level 189, I’ve met some wonderful people on this game, some from different countries, the problem I have, & a lot of other people is the crashing on the game constantly, it’s very annoying, I’ve reported this different times, nothing was ever done, now myself & a lot of others can’t get on the game, I couget on for at least a week, with many tries, the last few days I tried around 15 times, finally I got on, the next day, the same thing, I want to keep playing, but this is not right, something needs to be done to fix this, I heard some had to start over because of this issue, then they could get on, you shouldn’t have to do this, please do something to fix this!

Freezing & force closing
I really do like this game, but every single time I visit a neighbor or community, the game freaks out & closes itself! I mean EVERY TIME! Also, if I collect money too fast from my town, it kicks me out & closes! It’s ridiculous! My other complaint is, why can’t you have a search bar to search your stock for which particular dragons you have. It takes a long time to go through all my dragons to see if I have a specific one. 1st I have to go to the market to see which colors the dragon is, then go through all my stock of that color to make a particular dragon that I need to breed. Installing a search bar of your own stock would be so helpful. Lastly, why hasn’t this game had an update in over 2 years? It definitely has issues that need fixing!

Can’t get on game to complete challenges. Too many bugs and adds to frustration.
Some dragons are too difficult to obtain, and get manually
Period. Also, some ads appear and it’s annoying to clear them, no way to earn gold without buying it with real life cash and the chin dragon got scrapped so yeah. No use on getting that
