More bank options
Hi, I’ve been using GCash since it was released here in Australia. It’s very convenient and easy, although I hope you could add Australian Banks to the ‘Bank transfer’ section - so that we could send leftover Philippine pesos back to our Australian bank account if we have nothing left to spend it with.
Please add Commonwealth Bank, it’s a very commonly used bank here. Thank you

I CAN'T VERIFY MY EMAIL
I always get a message "Oops, there seem to be a problem. Please try again." For how many days. It doesn't even send the code right away so you get stucked at verification.
Beware for US Customers
The app never sent me verification status so I am stuck in account verification forever. I can’t get past the verification screen. There is no support to send enrollment cancellation either if I want to cancel registration. US customers should not use this app because who knows what people in the backend of this app doing to screenshots of your face and IDs while you forever wait for verification.
I think this App should be reported to Apple for not having phone number or email to send inquiries especially if they deal with money, at least for US customers.

Verification
Very disappointed that it takes so long to verify ones account. 7 Days for verification if all information is completed seems as if one person sits and manually verify thousands of accounts per day. In this age of computers and great software one would expect it to happen in few hours.
In any case, once verified i will just withdraw my ₱1,500 and close this as i am not happy at all.

TOTAL SCAM !!! NEVER TRUST GCASH
Never put any money to gcash. My account was suddenly disabled and was never fixed despite the multiple email follow ups and tickets created. I managed to transfer some of my money to a new gcash account but some were still lost. I tried asking for transaction history on my previous account as i know i had more money than what they transferred but nothing happened. This company dont deserve its popularity. Get rid of the app as soon as possible before this company steal from you.

Absolute joke of an app, Cannot trust
I tried to download and use Gcash just for adding a 12 month Dito Advance Pay plan.
For a foreigner the amount of documents and signatures I would need to get verified is ridiculous.
This app is going where it belongs - into the TRASH.
Heard so many bad things about GCash and now I can understand why.

Why is my email being used?
I’m receiving e-mail receipts and transactions for this service that I did NOT sign up for. The bad rating is because there’s no support available and the help center does not address this issue. So potentially someone can use your information and sign up for this service that deals with monetary transactions no questions asked. Terrible

Scam to foreigners!!!!!
Took my personal info 2x and then said I was logged in somewhere else and after I finished my personal info again, it went threw and said 24hrs for verification!!! 24 hrs later and it’s saying it will take 7 days to verify, tried to ask help center in the app and now they want all my personal info again!!! I will be posting and paying Facebook to keep this story going on top of the news feed and I’m in presses of contacting vloggers in the Philippines to post my story to there followers as well!!!

Unable to easily delete an unused account
Some features are not well-ironed. For example, you cannot unlink or delete a PayPal account once you've entered one. Also you cannot easily delete an unused unverified account, you would have to verify it first before deleting it which is unnecessary since you want to get rid of it anyway. Kind of makes you think how secure the app is if features like this are not yet well-made.

Russian Roulette with ur money
Been using this app seamlessly for a year until it does not work any longer. One day I just can’t login even after changing to a new MPIN. Even Customer Support has given me a new MPIN and I still cannot login! So now I have no access to my money. Gcash has hijacked my account and now my money belongs to them. Institutionalized scammer!
