Cancel Auto-payment button not working
So for some reason Du decided to add a ‘cancel Auto-payment’ button that does not work and upon calling them they said that auto-payment activation is OBLIGATORY!! Since when?! I had this line for 3 years and no body ever asked for a mandatory auto payment! I only added the credit card 2 weeks ago and now I cannot undo it they keep deducting money without me reviewing any bills first!! This is extremely inconvenient and not respecting the customer as it was never clarified that this process is irreversible. Let alone that you actually have a button to cancel auto payment which does not work!!! Why bother keeping that button there then?!Show lessMinasameh
