Not always reliable
With the latest update, the app is crashing. I just had to remove the application and reinstall it. Let’s hope it works. 🤞🏽

I closed my account in July and du never reimbursed the deposit. Two months later, I opened a new account and was told my previous deposit will be used as the deposit for the new account. One month later, my service gets caught off. Du claims I failed to pay the 150 aed. Well, what about the 150 aed you have withheld from me? When the company kept the 150 aed for an account that was closed for more than 2 months- it was okay. When they failed to transfer the deposit to the new account, they punish the loyal customer by cutting their service and demanding they pay another 150 aed. Shame on youShow lessReaBv
Really a buggy app with minimal user application
I really can’t believe that Du thinks that they can compete with a Etisalat with this App. It is buggy - when you go into roaming services, the app crashes. When you want to send a feedback, there is no option. There is no chat option. I shifted from Etisalat and am regretting it every moment since I shiftedShow lessWP7200
Worst Application Ever!!!
I was so excited when I first downloaded this App.
Then for several times it’s not working and when it does it’s even worse.
It happened to me 4 TIMES, that I used the application’s recharge option and the money was deducted from my bank account and I’ll get a message from DU and from the bank that the transaction was successful but I receive NO credit, and whenever I complain—> they will be like we never received it.
I have never seen such a bad service before , and I do recommend not to download it and if u did as in my case please delete it as I’m going to do right now.Show lessSamsam 224254

The emirates identification registration only allows you to use if logged in with mobile number - not your user name!?! Also where is the log out button?!Dr Siouxs
