  • Lack of adaptability

    The du app does what it needs on an iPad - except that it operates only in portrait mode, which is frustrating when one uses a keypad

  • Plan scam

    You changed my plan I’ve made no international minutes and you have text me to say they have been used.... any additional will be charged. Pleas explain this??

  • Really poor service

    My home services with DU and my cellular data has been extremely slow for months. I have contacted them countless times to send someone and check the connection. Until now they have not sent anyone and insist that everything is running fine. I did a speed check online and it is 22 times slower than what I am paying for. It literally takes over a minute to open a website.
    I am no longer interested in having it fixed. I will cancel all of my DU mobile, home phone and TV services in the coming month.

  • Unreliable and downgraded customer service

    I came back from travel and wanted to use my phone. I received a message saying that I need to recharge to be able to use data and calls. After being deducted the amount of the package, only then I received another SMS to inform you that my line is inactive I need to register my ID.
    I went to do shop, registered my ID and got informed that my line will be active in 48 hours. Today is the fourth day and my line hasn’t been activated yet.
    When I called the customer care, they told me I need to go to a DU shop. When I went to the DU shop, they told me I need to call the customer care. Basically, I have been charged the price of the package and they’ve wasted 4 days of my package without giving me any assistance. All I have been told is “your registration is pending”. Thank you, but that info isn’t going to give me back my money nor provide me with data and minutes.
    I used to be a DU customer for more than 10 years, before to leave the UAE and come back again. I can sadly tell you that the customer service went completely downhill.

  • Worst company ever

    I was in Dubai , pay 1 month packet and after 2 days everything has stopped, service+ is 0 !!!!! Worst group ever seen
  • Horrible service

    Worst company ever. Worst customer service. My network has been interrupted since Friday 25th of December. I missed so many important calls, I missed very important deliveries cause I was unreachable. I complained so many times to Du no one bothered to call me back. I had to explain my problem everytime I call these unprofessional people. It’s been a week now, the problem is still not fixed, they keep telling me that my issue is set as priority. What a professional company ! If this is how you treat priority matters! Seriously now DU can someone wake up and fix my issue. The least you could have done is replace my SIM card. But I guess you just don’t care about your customers

  • THE WORST APP EVER!

    The worst app ever! Such a loser designer who designed it. I will go and get rid of anything that connects me with DU, such a disaster! If I were you, I would throw myself in the nearest garbage! You are by far the worst company and app I have ever seen in my life!!!

  • Change service package

    It would appear by the advert for this app that I can manage my services. I don’t see an option for this. I would like to change the speed of my internet however I cannot find an option.
  • Gets freeze with multiple accounts

    The app is still nonfunctioning (freezes) if you have multiple linked numbers.
    Please fix.
    Please do some testings before releasing the fixed one!!!

  • Found from bad to worse

    There was a time when I could use the app to check my account and make payments.
    Then it became impossible to make payments for linked accounts.
    Now it has become impossible to even get information regarding balance talk time and data on linked accounts.
    What is the next step?
