Shocking Customer Service!
I was on hold waiting to speak to an agent for 1 Hour 7 mins and got cut off by DU. I rang back and the same thing happened, cut off after 1 Hour and 4 mins. Disgraceful!
My internet is poor and nowhere near the speeds advertised. The Engineer has failed to turn up and rectify the problem.
My bill is AED150 too much, but can’t speak to anyone! What a ‘great’ company!Show lessSwindled!

The Du App is very poor and not friendly to use. Although I have my credit card details for the monthly payment for both of my compile and home internet. Every month it's a repeat exercise I have to manually make my payment. I called and spoke to Du operation but no improvement.Area511013

The agents in the motor city branch are incredibly rude and unhelpful . Everything you ask them is too much trouble . Very unprofessionalDXB 68
Zero customer service
I can’t say that you have even the lowest level of customers service … you don’t have even customer service to turning me from calling to upgrade my postpaid plan to asking a manager from complain team to call me since 20 days !!!!!
